Came back from a 5 day trip and was so hungry, decided to walk over from union station. Tired after a long trip and we were greeted & served by Goundo. I don’t know how long she’s been here but her tone, demeanour, and etiquette was absolute. Amazing customer service ! We need more people like her :)

Ordered 3 burrito bowls on the train back to Toronto, when I walked over to pick them up, both employees had just picked everything without me waiting on anything. They were very polite and had prepared the bowls so good. Every bowl has hefty portions of rice and meat and they had also included silverware and plenty of napkins. The best experience you can have if you just got off a train to pick up food before your next train leaves. Thanks to the staff during the 5/27 afternoon shift :)
