A vietnamese friend of mine introduced me to Pho Bo To about 15 years ago and I've been a regular ever since.

The Pho is wonderful. Flavourful broth that i don't feel any need to add a thing to.

The fried spring rolls are authentic, meaning they use the right wrapper (rice) for them so they have an amazing texture.

The service is quick and ultra friendly. The restaurant is always clean..

Prices are cheap so you get amazing value.
