I'll provide this restaurant with an A rating. A+ is very difficult for me to give ANY restaurant, so please take this review as a positive experience!! The decor was inviting and upscale as expected and the views were everything I've heard and read about (please use this restaurant as not only a spot for dinner but also one of the best views available!). I'm an amateur photographer and was able to get some amazing skyline shots from here. The Italian food is authentic in taste, hats off to the chef, whom also came out to greet us which I felt was a nice touch.

Toulà Restaurant & Bar provides sweeping views of the Toronto city skyline. We visited Toula Restaurant & Bar for its newly winterlicious menu and it did not disappoint.

I had been to Toula several times but not in the last few years and never for Winterlicious. I had always liked this place and they didn't disappoint this time. Food was great and the service was fast and friendly. Only issue was the heat--must have been full blast on an evening when it didn't need to be! Asked several times for it to be turned down but it didn't happen.

My experience was wonderful for summerlicious, the service was great! I sat right by the window looking over the water at the harbor it was really nice. The only thing I would critique were the buns which were cold and a bit hard, I would prefer them to be warm and soft but everything else was divine

Nice view. Food was okay, over priced as expected but the view by the window is spectacular! This view beats the cn tower view for sure, much clearer of the downtown area. I will return just for the view. Great place to take friends whom are from out of town!

Been here twice once for nye and the 2nd time for my birthday great food & great service...luv the view except for one minor setback that has nothing to do with the restaurant...we waited a few min for our table so while we were looking out at the view there was this condo right in front...omg i couldnt believe what i saw there was this naked lady sitting on her bed right in front of the window (curtains wide opened for full view) cutting her toenails...who does that? Doesnt she realize ppl can see her unless she likes the attention...all i have to say is do not look at the condos unless u do want to see a naked lady but believe me it wasnt a pretty sight
