What a treat!. I just had the most amazing experience @ FTTK. I ordered Phat Thai and Thai Basil Noodle for take out. How did they do it, it was ready in less then 5 minutes.
I was expecting some grassy stir-fries, but quite the opposite. The chef (I think she is the one) told me that she usually puts extra sauce for take out orders because @ FTTK they hardly use oil when cooking. So by the time I reach home, the noodle will soak up the excess sauce. It was perfect!
Definitely will come back to try some more.
