If you are looking for giant impressive desserts, this is definitely the place! I was initially put off by the looks of the dessert since I assumed it would be overly sweet. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t, and I can honestly say that it tastes pretty good. The crazy milkshakes here are not cheap, but given that it’s so huge and meant to be shared, it is actually not that bad. They also do hot dogs here but I haven’t tried any. I did however tried their fries and it was surprisingly good. The decor here is Hollywood themed and there are various references for TV shows, actors and movies. I certainly had fun looking out for them. Certainly worth a visit! Just make sure you go with a group! Follow @instantonium on Instagram for more great eats!

The atmosphere was amazing, they had a little red carpet area where you can take pictures and some of their seating were theatre chairs. Went here on two separate occasions, the second time we tried to eat the 18" long banana split and managed to get through half of it. The ice creams are pretty good, though it is quite a bit if sugar and the portions are pretty big. Great place to go with friends, definitely suggest sharing some of them.

This review is based solely on the Chief Wiggum shake ($12.99). Being a Simpsons fan, I had to try try this shake which is a coffee milkshake topped with two warm Homer Simpson pink sprinkled donuts! These days I've been a little wary of desserts with a lot of razzle and no real dazzle but this shake surprised me. The donuts were surprisingly fresh, light and fluffy and the pink icing on top wasn't overly sweet. It paired very well with the coffee flavour of the milkshake which was extremely thick and creamy. What I liked the most about the shake was that they used a good amount of icecream and that it was not overly sweet. I can't say that it had the strongest coffee flavour but I definitely got the lingering coffee aroma after I finished my drink. A perfect dessert to satisfy the inner child in all of us! Be warned, this drink is extremely filling! Come hungry! I thought the decor was fun and interesting. The entire store is designed like a movie theatre with the menus looking like movie posters and the ordering counter resembling the concession stand. They even have movie theatre seating further back. A neat place to hang out and enjoy some dessert with friends.

Overall - pretty unique experience! Nice movie styled design, just look at their menu all decorated with light bulbs. Server was nice, friendly and gave us quite good suggestions. Waiting time was too long though. We have ordered banana split and it took them appx 15-20 minutes to make it. Not sure why that long. Banana split was good! Great quality soft serve ice cream, fresh banana, plenty od sauce and portion was big enough to split between 3 people (mind it - we had dinner first). Will definitely come back here for one of their monster shakes which will probably be a full meal - amount of sugar in those things is enormous! But - we deserve it!

Went here with my girlfriend on the night of Nuit Blanche for a post dinner treat and we were delighted. I have never tried these super fancy dessert places before and this one met all my expectations. We ordered cheesecake milkshake and it tasted amazing. This is something that you definitely cannot finish on your own and you're going to need someone helping you. The cheesecake on the top was great and the peanut butter cups on the side was a good touch as well. Everything about this shake tasted good and I would recommend this place overall for anyone with a sweet tooth.

Very cool place to have something sweet! Creative decoration everywhere... Walking distance from Dufferin and Queen St West In terms of proce, it is expensive... ice cream and milkshakes are overpriced; I guess because they focus more on presentation rather than the quality of the product... Also, they charge you for the glass, if you return it you get 5$ refound, if not you can keep the glass (full of chocolate and stuff)... didn’t like that Other than those price details , is a great place and they have machines to play (and those are free); there were some others that were paid, but didn’t check on those Overall, great place for tourist and locals with a fancy touch... But there are better ice cream and shakes places around queen west (quality/price wise)

Hollywood Cone is pure Hollywood heaven. This place no matter how old you are will turn you into a kid again. If you are a kid you will not believe your eyes. Everything is huge and everything is fun from crazy Mutant Shakes to Loaded Cones and now Belgian Frites with tons of toppings and dips to Hollywood Dawgs. The theme is Hollywood and it is a blast. Family run and full of love. Follow @joannasable on instagram for more food fun.

The ice cream was just decent. Nothing over the top in terms of the basics, but it was all the other stuff they added that made it great. The wow factor/crazy factor of their monster sundaes is awesome. I had the Nutella shake which was served with 2 donuts filled with Nutella. To die for, but only worth it once.

The desserts were as epic as the pictures made them look. So sweet and rich it was hard to finish them off. You need to go multiple times to try everything. Super shakes are crazy, but the regular frozen hot chocolate shake is a chocolatey experience from beginning to end. Some people just want a simple slush or float and they do that too.

Very relaxing chill atmosphere. Delicious desserts Though I found them a bit overly sweet. Also huge portions though he cost reflects this. Mutant shakes are quite the sight, though best to split 1 between at least two people.
