Ambiance:
It's your typical south Asian restaurant where there is not much ambiance. You eat and that's it. it's a fairly large restaraurnt with many seating options including covered areas for families.
They have a selection of food but I only have tried the breakfast. Halwa Puri $10
Puri: 2 (seems like a alot for the food they give)
Channey: Good a little spicy
Halwa: delicious not too oily
Allo: decent.
Over all good place for breakfast thr only thing is you havr to go early or you miss the brrakfast. Chai was good too.
Quantity & quality to the mark. Nice place to dine out... authentic taste. Soft and juicy Lamb Biriani somewhat Lucknow style which is very rare in Toronto. Barbecue kebabs were also good. Pocket friendly with a good customer service.
Best lamb biryani ever, even better than in india. The spices are seared in so nicely. Its my favorite thing to eat ever. Pricey but worth it.
It is located right next to Iqbal Halal Foods which is the go-to place for Indian and Pakistani groceries. Plus their meat section is quite nice and extensive.
We ordered takeout - two Chicken & two Lamb biryanis and the total came up to 47.45 including tax. Awesome awesome biryanis. The taste was authentic & true to what a biryani should be - with meat falling off the bone and each grain of rice bursting with flavour. The raita too is superb.
I started to like Indian/ Pakistani food. Food is delicious, not too salty ( maybe because they are fasting now). Nice interior and very clean washroom
Love this place. Great kabob - chicken Boti is one of my favorites. Chana is good too. Although "heart attack in a bowl", their Nihari is awesome!

After finally hearing about it, I mentioned it to a Muslim colleague, who confirmed that it was the last word in Pakistani grocery stores. It’s literally just on the wrong side of the tracks from Leaside, in Thorncliffe Park, an unlovely swath of apartment
