Really fond of this place. Used to be here every weekend during the summer.
The prices are reasonable, the service is quick and the staff is polite.
The outdoor seating during the summer is best part.
The decor is pretty good and gives the place a very British feel.

For the longest time the only place to eat on a patio on the Humber Bay Shores was at Eden. It's really good but it's nice to have some other options. Firkin on the Bay is a welcome addition to this pretty area. Even if you sit inside, the huge floor-to-ceiling windows give a great view of Lake Ontario and the downtown Toronto skyline.

Food: I ordered a butter chicken. It is alright.

interior design: I love how the interior decor is inspired by tube in London.

Customer service: poor. The girl who served me had only two hands. She tried to provide good customer service but had the unexpected power out. I had to wait for over an hour for my meal. The management needs to have better sense of dealing with unexpected situation.
