La Bruschetta is a cozy and popular Italian restaurant on Corso Italia at St.Clair and Dufferin exuding family run charm and inclusiveness. The food is generous and rich, the wines decent and the staff friendly. Pictured (in low lighting unfortunately) is the delicious cannelloni and the accompanying great Rubesco.

The real deal Italian.. I'm a second generation Italian immigrant and must say that this place offers authentic Italian food you'd find at your nonna's table or in Italy. Fresh ingredients, beautiful flavours and service with a smile. A true neighbourhood gem. Try the "Rigatoni Boscaiola" - tossed with a ground lamb and cremini mushroom bolognese, simmered in brandy, finished with truffle oil. Delizioso!

I have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. From when we walked in the door and were seated the experience was great. When the food came our expectations were high and by all means we were very impressed. The gnocchi was the best I have ever had. The veal Marsala was sweet yet savory. Overall great experience we will be returning. 4 ppl with a bottle of wine 400 with tip. Love it love it love it

Traditional Italian. We went to La Bru recently after many recommendations and the food was outstanding! We had courteous and knowledgeable service. You can not miss the gnocchi, I also had a lamb and porcini mushroom stew with a cheese polenta....try it!!!!!! Don,t know what people are talking about
We had extremely friendly service. Well worth trying, you won't be disappointed.

Spent Valentine's Day dinner here.
Staff was friendly and unobtrusive. Our waiter Colin was fantastic.
I had the Gnocchi which was rich and not as heavy as some I have had in the past. My date had the lobster ravioli, the special, it smelled delicious.
The decor of the building is simple and elegant.
I would definitely suggest this place.
