I love Avocado. I used to live a block away and have moved to the northern fringes of the city. This is still my go to place - I don't go anywhere else now, after many attempts to find somewhere comparable. Their spicy tuna and garlic roll is divine. I have never tasted anything so delicious. They were also kind enough to accommodate my keto diet, making hand rolls with my favourite fillings sans rice or tempura. Kind people and fantastic food. What could be better?
Boss and staffs are very friendly, the food is amazing! I strongly recommend anyone to go to this restaurant!
Avocado sushi is my all time favorite go-to sushi restaurant ! Their vegetarian sushis are heaven - combining ingredients such pickled radish, deep fried yam, cucumber, avocado, etc. with spicy mayo tingles all senses !
I had Vege roll (7$), Vege California roll (spicy) (7.5$), Cucumber roll (5$), Gyoza roll (6$) ,AAC role for 7 $ which were as fresh and flavorful as always. Their aroma is absolutely enticing - always tempts me when I pass by ... it’s a must visit restaurant !
I live in the college park building and never ate here until recently. Food is always good quality and very consistent. The beef bento box is extremely affordable and always gets me full. I will look at ordering the sashimi next time I am here. Highly recommended!
BEST SUSHI EVER. As an avid sushi eater, I am never disappointed here, the staff is great, the chef is amazing, always have cute little centrepieces and it's the perfect atmosphere for a nice date or a business outing. I take all my friends here!!
By far the best sushi place in Toronto!!! I work by this place and they are always so friendly and accommodating. The menu is inexpensive for the quality and quantity and they just added lunch specials. They put such detail into their food like adding actual avocado pieces to their seaweed salad as black sesame seeds. The best sushi and the best price !!!
I'm a sushi/sashimi veteran, having frequented mid-level and upscale restaurants for over 20 years in NY and Japan. While I've visited places with more creative menus and more tasteful decor, this place "nails" freshness, value and attitude. I have many options to choose from, but for these reasons, I dine in or pick up two times per week at minimum. Ask for the mushroom soup. Ridiculously good.
