Great healthier food options compared to all the fast food places in the area. Not cheap but lots of tasty choices. Really enjoy their smoothies too.
Had the Lima box today and thought it was average, kinda reminded me of a burrito in a box with all the usual elements: rice, beans, tomatoes, chicken, corn, jalapenos, avocado and a bit of cabbage. I think the best part of the box was the good amount of avocado they give, luv! Ordered their daily iced tea which was called movie night. It's a green Sencha tea mixed with popped and toasted rice, unsweetened. Thought it was average in taste but would of liked more tea, the cup is almonst two thirds filled with ice so not a lot of tea in the end.Bright and airy space, really nice for a quick, healthy lunch. The baked treats also look interesting, like the sweet potato brownie...I'll save that for next time...
This place is the best place for someone who is looking for healthy foods while on the road. The ingredients they use are fresh and clean. I love everything from their Chia pudding, smoothies and lunch boxes. I tried the Lima and Apple Cobb and both are amazing. Check it out!
Haven't been in awhile, and was disappointed when I walked in and realized my favourite blueberry crunch was no longer on the menu. The menu has been revamped. I chose the Apple Cobb instead and was not let down. This will now be my new go to at iQ!! Always amazes me how all of my favourite ingredients combined can actually look so colourful and appetizing and turn out to be very tasty. Flavourful, unique textures, and crunchy! Definitely recommend for those who are avid salad eaters and haven't tried what iQ has to offer!!!
I loved the spicy chopped up cauliflowers, huge chunks of goat cheese, pickled celery, watermelon radish, and apple. It was a very crunchy texture all throughout the box with the soft and well cooked quinoa in the bottom of the box. I really enjoyed this!
First adventure: iQ Foods Inc. My friend that worked downtown last term highly suggested me to try this place out, so why not? iQ Foods' description on their website about the food they serve: "The kind that makes you feel like climbing Kilimanjaro. We make almost everything we serve in house, from scratch. Only whole grains. Only lean proteins. Only good fats. No refined carbs. No bad fats. No fried anything." This is definitely my kind of working lunch! (It'd be perfect with a side of Booster Juice..) I went with S and T, and all three of us got the "Lima" hot box - best choice ever!! Great place in the city to get get fresh, healthy food. Breakfast, lunch or dinner, there are things on the menu to suit any occasion. The Lima box is my favourite for lunch along with a blue magic smoothie. Competitively priced but still recommended.
