The service was great - friendly, fun and efficient server. Had the Eggs Benedict for brunch and it wasn't all that great. It was cold and had only the smallest amount of Hollendaise sauce. Despite that, I'd go back because of the great staff. **Went back and tried the Eggs Benedict again. This time they were perfect. Staff is still terrific.

Was in Toronto for 10 days and visited the Duke a few times while there. The pub is really nice and the customers in there were very friendly and I had many a good chat while there. Plus points for the coat hooks at the bar and the good selection of beer, Goose Island Ale for me! Leigh behind the bar is awesome; she made me feel really welcome in the Duke and was really friendly. The fact that she is easy on the eye is a bonus � if only I still lived in Canada � Will make an effort to visit the next time I'm in town.
