This is a place for take out and some eat-in tables (maybe seating for 10 plus a huge communal table). The minute you walk in, it is impressive. Very clean. Really nice and simple decor with lots of wood accents. We loved the tables and chairs. We ordered a margarita pizza and added Italian sausage, and also a small order of the garlic knots. Everything was SO fresh and perfectly prepared. Garlic knots are sort of like garlic bread, but on a plate oozing with garlic butter. Just AMAZING :) Friendly service and reasonable prices sealed the deal for us. We love it here!
Danforth Pizza has long been a neighbourhood favourite...We have been meaning to try it for a very long time. Fortunately, cheat day came early this week, and boy, was it ever worth it! I think I can best describe our opinion of Danforth Pizza in this way… *clap clap clap clap* . It was, hands down, the best pizza we have ever had in the city.
They got pizza... and that's about it. No fancy toppings or odd pizza-themed menu items here... just classic hand-tossed pizza made to order. Certainly worth the wait and well priced for what you get. In a world where there are so many chain restaurants doing pizza, it's nice to see a place that still takes the time to do it right.

When you have a hankering for comforting junkfood style pizza, this is THE spot in the city. The imperfections are what makes this spot a hidden (or not so hidden!) gem.
Excellent basic pizza. An amazing crust and sauce base only gets better with fresh ingredients. And for ~$20 who can gripe about that? No one that's who.
Top notch "old school" pizza. A little hole in the wall, perfect for take-out.
Hands down the best pizza in Toronto. Just good old pepperoni and cheese for us when we go. And the prices are amazing. A large is like 15 bucks and it us actually a large size!! Don't even bother with pizza pizza if you want cheap pizza. This is the only way to go. Unfortunately, no delivery. Call ahead to avoid waiting.
