Hidden gem in a nondescript highway side mall, with an amazing wine list which looked more like an encyclopedia.
It didn't look attractive from the outside, but it's like a different world once you walk into it, with a wall full of whiskeys and wine on each sides.
The service is impeccable. We went for dinner on Valentine's and although it was super busy the owner came around to make sure everything went smoothly. The gnocchi is delicious especially in the Gorgonzola sauce. I was skeptical to order it because of the cranberries and walnuts but they were the perfect touch! Definitely going back.
Scallops were very fresh and tasty. Mushroom soup with truffle oil melts in your mouth. I loved this soup. Everything is big portions. I took a half of them home for lunch next day. My boyfriend had a golden spoon risotto. This place is his favourite restaurant. He took me for our first date 2 years ago. This is our third visit. It's good for special days and business dinner.
I am mixed, but my wife loved it. The wine list is ridiculous and incredibly deep. The portions are huge, almost too big. Quality is a little uneven, but it was definitely tasty. Service was gracious and unrushed.
Too pricy. Food was ok, service not good and prices too much

When I went with my mom and a friend, I had the whole lobster and it was absolutely delicious!!
The service was great.
But I think the prices are much too high for what it is.
A meal for 3 people and 400 dollars later. Ridiculous.
Great Food. The risotto is excellent, the pizza is great and the seafood pasta is outstanding.
The food was great, and the wine was amazing. (I think they have like 5000 kinds or something.) I loved the service. The atmosphere was great. You don't expect it to be so beautiful from the way it looks outside, but it feels like you're in Italy. Can't wait to go back!
Sea Bass Sea Bass Sea Bass. So good. Melts in your mouth. Great wine. Very romantic. Great place for an anniversary or renewing the woo.
Good Atmosphere. The location of Via Allegro will fool you, located in a typical suburban strip mall. The food was very good, the service as well. They have a huge wine list, with wines for all tastes. There is also a large selection of whisky available.
The cleanliness went all the way into the washrooms, which were impeccable.
Although the menu isn't large, the food is unmistakably Italian.
If you're looking for lighter fare, this is not the place.
