Our server Garett was one of the greatest servers I have had in a while. He knew the menu like the back of his hand and all of his recommendations were on point. Our calamari was prepared as fast as our drinks and our meals were ready minutes after. The white chocolate brownie was amazing and our wait time was within minutes of the estimate. Moxie’s Grill at yorkdale mall is a cozy restaurant with great ambience n delicious food 🥘.
Calamari for 16$ was a crispy start of our lunch 🥗 the accompanying dips made it more flavorful . Their Lettuce 🥬 wraps for 15.75$ were one of the bests we have had - noodles with sauce, vegetables and peanuts are further enhanced by the sriracha Sauce and pickled vegetables on the side. Miso Ramen 🍜 for 16.5 $ with shrimp 🍤 for additional 6$ was tangy to have along with thin noodles, prawns, herbs, spring onion,mushrooms in thin soup.

Ambiance:
Located underground at York dale shopping mall. Went in on a Saturday night with a fairly large group and they were able to accommodate us. The wait time was 1 hr which was still fine compared to cheese cake factory where the wait was 4 hours. The music was nice, the lights were dimmed, and it was packed restaurant.
Food:
Southern Chicken Sandwich- only about 1000 cals but definitely worth it. It is really juicy and pairs perfectly with the fries.
Chicken tacos: my least favourite. There was something in it that made it taste bitter
Mosaic Dip: this is the best thing at Moxies.
I went to Moxie's for a business meeting yesterday with a client and I was extremely happy with my service. I had a great server that was very attentive and made amazing suggestions. I had the Salmon with potatoes and veggies and my client had the fried fish tacos and a side salad. Food was delicious, service exceptional and food well priced. #totallyamazingexeperience
Imagine that: customer focused service, thank yous and care.. in TORONTO!!. This was my second time visiting, first time I had the steak, and had red wine with it. Both were delicious and complementary. Service was good. No complaints at all.
The pretty girl with the gorgeous long hair who was our waitress took excellent care of us. She was friendly and attentive.

Great Food!. We came here on a Thursday evening at around 7:00 pm. The restaurant was quite full however, we only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table to become free. After we were called to our table, we were given menus by our waitress, whose name was Heather. Heather seemed to be quite friendly, smiling frequently, while answering any questions that we had about the items on the menu. I had a coupon for a free appetizer up to $13, with the purchase of an entrée. As a result, I chose the entrée of Parmesan Chicken & Crispy Prosciutto Sandwich with Caesar Salad, while my mother chose the appetizer of Sweet Chili Chicken with Lemon Quinoa. My mother had asked if it was okay that she be given lemon quinoa with her chicken as opposed to chips. Heather kindly went to the kitchen, asked if this was acceptable, then came back to tell my mother that the kitchen would be able to make the switch to lemon quinoa for her. We were quite pleased, then sat back to wait for our meals, as our waters arrived. In all honesty, I think that Moxie's should offer some sort of complimentary bread while people are waiting for their entrees, it may make the wait seem a bit shorter. Nonetheless, the wait actually wasn't too long, probably about 12-15 minutes.
When our food arrived, we were quite impressed with the presentation of the food on the plates. The Parmesan Chicken & Crispy Prosciutto sandwich was to DIE for! It had huge pieces of chicken, stuffed with cheese and vegetables. It was probably one of the best chicken sandwiches I had ever tasted. It was very hot (temperature wise), along with tasty. Heather had mentioned that this was a feature on one of their summer menus, and that due to its popularity, it was added to the regular menu. I could definitely see why that was the case, it was absolutely phenomenal! The Caesar Salad was also delicious, with a small side dish accompanying the sandwich. It was fresh, with the best quality of lettuce and croutons being used. The sandwich was very filling, with no room left for dessert afterwards! The Sweet Chili Chicken was also good, however, the chicken pieces were a bit too small. The Lemon Quinoa was a bit plain tasting; possibly adding some more flavour to the mix might add some much needed spice to the dish!
After we had finished our meals, we were beyond stuffed, unable to look at food any longer for the remainder of the evening. We asked Heather to bring over our receipt. Since we had a coupon for the free appetizer (the Sweet Chili Chicken was $12), we only had to pay for the entrée. In total, our bill was only about $17, which we thought was quite cheap considering that two of us ate dinner. It took a bit long for Heather to come by and take our payment however, once she came by, we were out quite quickly. We found the food at this place to be very well-done, with extra attention paid to presentation and flavour. The atmosphere is great as well, very chic and modern. Possibly adding some more lighting in the place might make it more pleasing as it seemed to be quite dark in most areas of the restaurant. All in all, I would definitely be back to this location as I was impressed with the food and service that we had received!
I like it. But I was a little annoyed that the waitress was chatting more to the manager than with me. Jealous? Maybe she was fine but come on...

Great Service!. I went here with a group of 6. We ordered drinks at first and honestly, everything was very typical. When we finally all decided to order our meals, we were already happy with the service because 1) our waitress was super pretty and 2) we got the service we expected from a Classic Grill. That was until our food arrived. I had ordered a Medium Well steak and I got Medium Rare. Generally not a big deal in my eyes, so I told my waitress and she was more than happy to fix it for me. I didn't expect any more odd surprises until my friend's sandwich came out - there was a piece of plastic in it! We assumed that it came off a container of some kind. I quietly waved for the manager and he quickly took it away and they replaced it with a new one. My friends and I didn't expect anything else of it but our waitress felt so bad when she heard about what happened she came rushing out with the Chef himself, just to apologize. We told them it was okay and laughed it off. Later, she came back and said EVERY DRINK we order for the rest of the night was 100% on the house, as well as my steak and my friend's sandwich!
We didn't ask for it or expected any of that! We had a blast with our waitress for the rest of the night. Not many restaurants offer to make up for their mistakes as well as they did. We dropped a generous tip for the staff and even managed to thank the Chef before leaving. If you're good to the people, they will treat you with fresh smiles and EXCELLENT service. My friends and I now stop by whenever we can; be it for drinks, food or dessert.
One thing I should add, they don't treat customers poorly based on how they look. I had just gotten out of my University Exam and was in DIRE need of a drink - so let me tell you this...I looked HORRIBLE with my tshirt, jeans and backpack. But they didn't think - oh just another bummy student. Which I was super thankful for.
A very special place. It has been years and they are still great. What is 2 hours to be there? I want to be there all time. Ask me why lol.

Foods are delicious but the service was okay, I mean staff were friendly but they were short staff for sure! Overall was a great experience. We had Fried calamari and guacamole with tortilla chips and they both taste amazing and Salmon and Chicken Alfredo pasta for the main course. Dessert was tremendously great, we got white chocolate and also regular chocolate brownies(sticky toffee pudding) which both come with ice cream, I honestly didn't get the taste of the chocolate in the dark one, it was more like carrot cake to me but as it was moist and fresh I loved it.
Good service and had an amazing time. The ambience was great and the waitress serving us was very friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed the nachos. Steak was delicious as well but the chicken tenders were a bit dry and bready. Overall a good experience and would definitely go back again.

The nachos we ordered weren't fresh. The hard lemonade hardly had vodka in it. The old fashioned was great! Sweet potato fries are super tasty!

With no reservation, I visited Moxies on an impromptu date night and was not disappointed. Only waited about half an hour for a table. Happy hour after nine PM, and half priced tequila shots were perfect for the Friday night out. A Mojito with The Mango chicken, with the avocado and sweet mango sauce was really great, and a gin and tonic for the Chicken Madeira Rigatoni was also a great recommendation by our server Andrés B!, super creamy and not over cooked. Finished off the meal with the sweet crusted, smooth and tart keylime pie.
Had to wait 20mins for a table! but the food was worth it!!! Loved the Nachos and the lettuce wrap! Wings was a mix of honey garlic and BBQ which was awesome !!! Salmon was great !!! chicken breast with rice was also great !!! only the serving was slow apart from that it was a good evening!!
Good service, went for happy hour (after 9pm) for slightly cheaper drinks and food. Food is about a 3.5 to 4/5. Service was fast and efficient and our server Jacky was a lot of fun. The atmosphere was modern chic and comfortable.

I had an amazing experience at Moxies Yorkdale yesterday. The customer service was one if the best I ever had. ALANNA WAS BEYOND AWESOME!!!! Her energy was everything and made my niece and I feel like VIPs. She was attentive, personable, approachable, super kind, funny and fully knowledgeable of the Moxies menu. We ordered food and drinks based on her recommendations. I mentioned that we were there to celebrate my Mom's Heavenly Birthday and immediately offered her condolences. Her kindness was 100% genuine.
I asked to speak with her manager as she totally blew me away. We also had the pleasure of meeting the GM Jessie to discuss to discuss the top quality service we received from Alanna. Jessie was just as fantastic; great energy and so easy to talk too. She mentioned Alanna had only been working at Moxies for 1 month which was unbelievable. I will definitely come back to this location because of Alanna and Jessie.
The food was delicious and the restaurant was very clean; they followed all COVID protocols to ensure everyone's safety.

This is a high profile restaurant located near the A3 entrance of Yorkdale Shopping Mall. Everything is perfect from the professionalism of the staff to the handling of take out orders. The place is always clean and in perfect order. Unfortunately, my takeout pickup was not ready when I arrived. I had to wait for more than 15 mins.
