This is a tapas style restaurant. They describe themselves as American Asian fusion cuisine. The fusion part comes from the way they present the dishes rather than the ingredient. I can describe the dishes as presented in Japanese style. Everything was exquisitely presented. The sea bream was presented as paper thin slices. The Wagu beef was presented as 1mm thin in raw and topped with carefully selected toppings. Overall atmosphere was eclectic. Service was top notch. The only improvement could be the dishes should be paced out a little more. We felt a little rushed when the food came too quickly.
Our first time here. Last Sunday for their set menu at $35 pp. it was worth it. Very full in the end. Dessert had two options and we went with the banana bread one. Servers were very nice and waited for us to finish everything before taking the plates away. Would recommend this place.
Everything was amazing. Went on a night with the set menu. Very affordable and everything we ate was delicious. Starter salad, 3 proteins, 3 vegetables and dessert, awesome from start to finish. And I was really happy to see Blood Brothers on tap. Also really cool atmosphere. Solid design/layout and I like that the chefs are out in the open. Live music was a really great bonus to the whole night. Easily lived up to my expectations, you really can't go wrong with anything tied to the Food Dudes group.
