They have nice, compact interiors with friendly staff members. Although the sitting arrangements are a bit tight, the restaurant gives out a nice vibe. The ambience was nice but a bit too loud for my personal taste, though my wife didn’t have any issues with it. We ordered one chicken sandwich, one strawberry cheesecake pancakes and a cappuccino. All of them tasted really good, the portions were quite generous and price seemed fair enough. Overall good experience and would recommend for weekend brunch dates.

Got the Ballina Benedict, Smith Breakfast, and Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes.
Overall, a great amount of food for the value and it tasted great. The only problem we had was the 'Smith Breakfast' doesn't list the beans as included (even though it's shown in the photo on the app) so I ordered a whole side of beans ($5) only to find out the dish did end up coming with it's own portion.
The Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes are on another level though - must try if you like any of those words.
Beautiful beautiful place, 3 stories of different layout and design, so you don’t get bored 😀 my favourite spot is on the third floor though, kind of dark and cozy.
On the food: generous potions, delicious, kind of diner-like. Don’t forget to try their baked goods, it’s an amazing complement!
