We stayed in the Fairmont and were advised to try here for the buffet breakfast one morning. It was an excellent recommendation. Lovley buffet, all topped up regularly and a great selection of items.

Food/Drinks:
- The cauliflower bites were super filling for an appetiser so if you aren’t too hungry, maybe share with a buddy
- The poutine was okay, the gravy was vegan which we were really happy about. The fries were perfectly crispy, but the cheese was a little dull. I wish they used a different kind
- Their bar isn’t fully stocked so when we asked for a specific drink (I can’t remember which one) they didn’t have it. I do have to mention that Amanda said the bar could make us a special drink that would taste similar and it sure did!

- Amanda S was our server and she has the best personality. She recommended the cauliflower bites which were amazing. She had a great sense of humor and wasn’t fake. She remembered us from a few months ago which made us feel nice and cared for
- A bit more upscale than your typical bar. It was clean, had comfortable seating, and decent music
- They have multiple tv’s that play all kinds of sports
- We had no issue getting a seat without a reservation
- The location is super convenient if you’re staying at the hotel, which we were

Really nice place located beneath the Royal York hotel. Food was a tad pricy but was delicious. Waitress was really nice. Every other place was super busy (after a jays game) but this place was not, so might be a good option if you can’t find a spot along the entertainment district. Was able to change the meal to our room which was handy
Good casual pub to hangout after work. We went there on Tuesday evening. There were a decent amount of people in there. We were just there for drinks but got really good service. Our waitress was really polite and treated us very well.
Drinks were properly priced and we were happily surprised with the amount of fries in our order. Definitely coming back here for many more evenings.
Nice atmosphere, food was good, convenient, expensive. Cost 40$ for a glass of wine, a pint of beer and some poutine.
Food was good, pricey but I think that is to be expected. Service was a bit slow, but our waitress was friendly and allowed us to change tables when we didn’t like the one we were at. Somewhat limited selection of beer and wine for a pub, but that’s my opinion. The male host who seats you was not friendly, did not smile or greet us amicably, and sat us in an awkward spot when many other nicer tables were available (which is why we requested to move). Overall a good option when you want to catch a meal and drink before going out.
Quick update Jan 2020: had the chicken wings special here. It was really delicious! And not the tiny pieces of chicken elsewhere!
Decently priced place to get a drink close to Union station! Food is on the pricey side but similar to other downtown bars.
Very good Sports Bar! We had two very nice evenings there during our vacation. Very good food and drinks! And you could watch the Jays straight away. 😉 Special thanks to Elsa our waitress. Such a nice and attentive person. We will come back. ☺️
Excellent casual place for a good meal. Nothing fancy. But very friendly service, good atmosphere. Lots of variety. Prime rib dinner is very good (though they don't seem to do a yorkshire pudding well). Burgers and wings are good too. Prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this for a nice, casual, happy eating place. Good beer selection as well.
