This place was off the chain! I set high standards for Asian food and even more so for Indonesian food as its in my blood! With that said, it hit on flavor, spice and creativity. Pangsit (beef wontons) is a can’t miss. With so many Thai and Greek places around Toronto Lil Sis’s joint separates itself from the crowd. Salud!

Went last night after reading about in the paper and it was everything that had been raved about and more. The waitress gave excellent advice to portion size. The food was delicious. The drinks were amazing. The service was fantastic. This is a place I hope to come eat at many times

Simply amazing! Probably one of the best tapas in Toronto, hands-down. Michael's recommendations were spot-on and he was such a great server all night. Super friendly and you can tell he loves his job. First, the braised pork belly. It was so tender and succulent that I'm still drooling at the thought of it. The nasi goreng was also flavorful and surprisingly filling. The skewers were a tad expensive for the portion size, but they were yummy - get the tiger shrimps! Loved the creative cocktails they have here. Watching the bartender do his magic from our table was definitely a highlight of the night.

We love the ambience of the Yonge St location! We came here for dinner & the place was dimly lit but playing upbeat music so over all it was quite the mood. We tried so many amazing dishes & honestly there wasn’t one that we didn’t enjoy. Our favorite dishes had to be the mains- duck leg & shrimp curry 👅 the grilled white cabbage was also a must try! We love a delicious & good fusion restaurant & Little Sister certainly falls in that category 🙌

It is absolute an amazing experience dining and drinking at Little Sisters. Our server Frank recommended all the best drinks and food for us and made our night unforgettable. Definitely will come back for the ambience, duck leg and old fashioned Paloma cocktail. Shout out for our server Frank and the bartender✨ will recommend all my co workers and friends to visit this bar!

Perhaps it's because I've matured, maybe it's the years of refining my palate, could be that I've further opened my adventurous side over the past 5 years... NAH... No way it could be that! I'm the same guy but times have changed and the company I keep has as well. Over the past little while, I've been going to quite a bit of new places (hundreds of them) and did nothing to return to places that I've tried in the past. It's been 5 years since I've been to Little Sister and in that time, they've plodded along and even opened up another spot. A little sister to Little Sister... so to speak! :D My how things change over the years. Expectations and hype no longer lingers as I approach all experiences with an open mind. My prejudices and down right stubbornness on food and tastes have been tempered with understanding what the Chef is trying to convey with each of their dish. I've come back to Little Sister to try them once again. For the most part, the menu items I've ordered were very much the same as before. Unlike before, either I've really changed or they've really improved. I'm going with the former - LOL! Their tacos, lettuce wrap, braised beef, skewers, croquettes, water melon salad, and cabbage dishes were recommended and we said - Bring it! OK... I have to say, I really enjoyed the food this time - much more than years ago. Maybe it was the company I was with, another foodie that knows her stuff, and the conversation about each dish and the components made things just better. Meh - who knows. The surprise of the night was the Grilled White Cabbage - Don't ask... just order it! And you have to try the Croquettes. The beef dishes had repetitive seasoning or taste to it and the skewer dip seems to be the same as well. The taco was messy... but with many messy dishes, it was enjoyable. Their much talked about Semur Java - Javanese braised beef short rib, was not my fav but eaten with the Nasi Goreng, it was pretty decent. Overall, it was great to try a past experience to see how far things have come along. As time passes, things do change... and I for one am happy to change my mind on this spot! 4.5'ish stars!!! LOL! Cheers!!!

The outside seating is very cute and since the weather was great, we sat outside. The staff is very nice. They seem a litt short staffed but that seems to be an industry wide issue. We ordered a satay, the nasi goreng rice. The food was amazing. Rice is probably my favorite along with the Satay. Will definitely one again.

Authentic Indonesian place. Hidden gem. One of the best experiences I ever had with personal, food and ambiance! Our favourites were Satay Lilit and Udang Kari. Highly recommended!
