Queen Marg is one of our go-to pizza places in the city (if not the best when it comes to Neopolitan za).
Their arancini is delicious that comes with carmelized onions on top, and another favourite app is their kale salad with balsamic reduction.
We've tried all of their pizzas, some that come with red sauce and some that just are white. We usually go with the Calabrese but insider tip: add their garlic aioli to it. They are also easy with substitutions with their pizzas (cheese etc).
Service is usually very quick as the pizzas only take a few minutes in the oven. Good selection of wines, and delicious tiramisu. They also have a $29 Prix Fix menu that includes an appetizer, pizza AND dessert, great value for the amount of food you get!
Food is amazing!!!! Service is so sweet and the vibe is really cool. Definitely recommend coming here for a nice date night or with the family
Some interesting salads and unsual starters. Some of them are hit and miss but they are constantly trying something different rather than settle for status quo. Their set menus are very good value for two and encourage you to try some new things. Their staff are very friendly as well. And it's very family and kid friendly, if that's your thing.
We finally had the opportunity to go here, and will definitely be back soon.
The menu is quite simple with 12 choices for personal sized pizza and no option to build your own - this must make things easy for the guys in the kitchen.
We started with the arancini which were very mushroomy and VERY moist. I've never had better (don't tell my mother in law!).
I had the Giovanna pizza, and Tony had the Cinque Stagione. The crusts were thin and crisp, and had they had the perfect amount of toppings.
Good diner. And kid friendly as well.
Best restaurant been to in awhile. Fast service fresh food nice music. Good place highly recommended.
Good food - great cocktails - service was great too. Needs a little help warming up the decor but an all around good experience ! Will be back to this Neighbourhood pizzeria for sure !
We kept our order simple and stuck to two different pizzas, their classic Margherita ($14) and Rocco the 1st ($17, fennel sausage, mozzarella, red onion, Gorgonzola). Both were outstanding. On both pizzas the crust had a perfect texture of slightly burnt exterior with a soft chewy interior. The bottoms maybe could have been charred just a little bit more, but that’s the only criticism we had. The more adventurous Rocco the 1st really stuck out, the Gorgonzola/sausage/onion combination was delicious and we could have easily eaten a second. While we still love Pizza Libretto, Queen Margherita quickly jumped to the top of our list for fantastic pizza restaurants and we will be making our way back soon.
