WHAT TO TRY?!? Their brunch!! I can’t speak for their steaks and dinner because I haven’t tried their dinners yet, but the brunch was good!!! For $45 you get a good selection of AYCE hot and cold plates and breads and desserts! The price also includes drinks too! Unlike a lot of the hotel brunch buffets, they put a lot of effort into making and preparing their food in a way that you keep going back for more. Of course they have the bacon, huge sausages and lots of ham to offer. There’s heat lamps constantly shining on the hot food to keep them warm and the best part is, the kitchen and the heavy fireplace ovens are right beside the buffet counter. Don’t fret the food isn’t fresh because you can see them replenish food very quickly on a busy brunch afternoon when foot traffic is high. I love the fact that the restaurant is also right next to the beach - woodbine beach! So after a game of intense volleyball in the morning or afternoon, you can head over to the restaurant for lunch or dinner! They age their steaks and other meats in house too so you’re guaranteed they know what they’re doing and better control how they like their meats to age! LAST TIP?! For those of you who are a fan of mimosas, you’re in for a treat! They have bottomless mimosas for an additional $19.99 so if you can drink, I highly recommend you take up on this deal! Well to start an afternoon in a happy go lucky kind of way!

Absolutely amazing food. The rib eye steak is melt in your mouth and the seafood platter is to die for. Some of the recipes are even some of the owner’s mother’s recipes. The restaurant has a story in every brick and table, just get the owner Alex to tell you about it. Everyone there is warm and welcoming. If you are in the Beaches neighbourhood of Toronto, you have to make a stop here.

We went here for dinner with some friends and the food was excellent. We were also very happy with the service that we received. It is on a bit expensive, but the quality of the food (especially the steaks) makes you realize why you are paying what you are paying. I'd definitely recommend this for a finer dining experience with your significant other or a small group of friends. I was surprised by two things: 1) The restaurant wasn't packed 2) They were out of Wagyu :( - I hope they get some soon. They said they weren't happy with their supplier and they were trying to source a new supplier. All the food was great, so go enjoy this place.

Dear citizens of Toronto & visitors of Toronto, as a foodie, I am here writing my review and thoughts about the incredible experience I have had at Neruda. For starters, the interior architecture of the place was just so beautiful and the romantic vibe of the terrace was unforgettable. The staff were not only incredibly welcoming and friendly, but also were very focused on creating the best experience and atmosphere! The food was just exquisite, that made my experience even more unforgettable and enjoyable, the portions made me so happy and satisfied! Neruda’s staff planned and added every item on the menu very carefully! Every single item on the menu complimented the next, from the mediterranean salad to the hummus and pita, to the Macaroni and Cheese that was balanced and extra cheesy, to the exotic and flavorful lobster (Neruda Seafood Platter) that has melted in my mouth. I was able to taste every spice without losing the flavor of the most important part of the dish, which is the the lobster itself! The White Chocolate Macarons were one of a kind! The moment i indulged i knew i fell in love with it! I am a HUGE fan of Macarons, this one specifically though is worth the extra calories! ;) haha The “Mascarpone Cheesecake” had me crave even more of it! The sweet and acidic balance in the cheesecake was perfect, the Sable Breton was the key! The best part is you wont feel heavy! The cream cheese was super light and airy, and the mini bases were super tasty! This restaurant deserves the 5 stars, they have covered all the aspects and angles a 5 star restaurant must cover. So yes, I most DEFINITELY recommend Neruda to you! Whether its a family out for lunch, a bunch of friends going out, a business lunch/ dinner or even a date! Neruda will accommodate you and satisfy all your cravings and needs!

I just had an amazing meal at Neruda and it was the cutest and most aesthetic dinner spot. From hors d’oeuvres, to the babadanoush and hummus, to the Neruda dry-aged rib eye, and to the absolutely delicious pineapple & white chocolate macarons (definitely a must-try), I really enjoyed every course and would be returning again. The hummus had a lot of flavour and the rib eye was soft and juicy. Neruda is fantastic for hosting large parties as well as a chill date night out. The patio and the interior decor was chic; there was great food and even more awesome company. I came all the way from Vancouver, and this has been one of the best meals that I have had in Toronto area so far!

Today we ate supper at this new restaurant in town and had an amazing experience! Their ingredients were fresh, local and perfectly seasoned! We had the Dry-Age Rib Eye and it was so rich in taste, juicy and tender and the seafood platter which was delicious and impressive with it's giant lobster! The landscape was amazing as there was an open garden, close to the Woodbine Beach and the interior was classic, decorated with good taste. There was an elegant and chic vibe with modern music to enjoy! The staff was really professional and sweet always checking in on us if we needed anything. The appetizers, such as the hummus and the babaganoush platter were so original and tasty and the desert made of mascapone cheescake was so light and sweet! I definitively recommend going there as part of an unique experience in Toronto, for brunch or supper. It is an amazing spot for a date, a family meeting or even big events, such as parties or work meetings! The food is not only exquisit, (not one bite was left on our plates!) but the overall experience is also unique and relaxing, as in a resort in the south!
