Great experience! The food was really good! The Filet was perfect although eating the mystery seafood starter was a bit scarey but i let my imagination get the best of me haha The chocolate cake was delicious! Eating and trying to use your fork and knife in the dark is an adventure! I have to admit I did use my hands alot! the server was great. It did take some time between our 3 course dinner as he was the only server in the room dealing with 10- 15 tables alone. Overall it was a great experience and would do it again!
My fiancé have been to Onoir in the past, and have been bugging my parents to make the 2 1/2 hour trip back to Toronto with us to experience the amazing service, food and experience. They weren’t disappointed! They were a bit skeptical and anxious at first, but immediately calmed once they felt out the surroundings, and with the helping guidance of our server. Our server Gavin was super super sweet, and patient with us (and my dad who doesn’t have the best hearing in the world!) Would we make the trip back? Again and again. It’s a must-try and try again in Toronto for delicious food that makes your tastebuds dance, and an amazing opportunity to be in touch with your other senses (and actually have a family conversation rather than playing on your phones the whole time!)
If I could give you a galaxy of stars, I would. Amazing!
This was an amazing experience - made even better by our waitress Tracy. The food was delicious and other than the "take your breath away" for the first couple of minutes when you enter total darkness, (and I mean total darkness)! it was a fantastic night. Great place
