Very pleasant and polite welcome from the La Vida Cocoa staff. Bought 2 coffees and a Iceland cake which I definitely recommend. Very tasty and fresh.

Not easy to find a gluten-free and dairy free place that is so tasty, this is amazing. I had perogies for lunch for the first time in my life.
Though they are not 100% vegan, they have a lot of great vegan options. The sauerkraut salad is amazing! The mushroom and spinach pierogies were just OK. The service is very friendly and reasonably quick. Lots of great allergy free options. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. Though I don’t have children I appreciate the kid play wall, picture attached.
Great selection of gluten free nut free and dairy free bread and cakes. Price is high than supermarket but more choices and tastes better. Labels have all ingredients listed and no cross contamination. Perfect for people who have allergy/sensitivities. Since this cafe caters specially to vegans and gluten free crowds, I would recommend owner to make this feature more visibly presented from outside
Lovely little gluten free bakery! My family and I bought a couple of the personal sized sweets, cookies and some items from the freezer. Everything was great! The cookies especially, were delicious. We have gone back for more and will continue to buy sweets from here.
I see that some people are writing negative reviews based on the 'look' of the cakes, and I suggest to those people that they drop into any of the other bakeries or supermarkets in the area and get themselves a more 'professional' looking cake, full of dairy, refined sugar and other ingredients I would rather avoid.
Personally, I would rather eat desserts that look and taste home made, knowing that they are made by good people who care about the quality of the food they are selling.
This place is amazing! If you are looking for a bakery that serves allergy free delicious baked goods, you need to eat here. I am gluten free and vegan which makes it very hard to find a place where I can eat out. They offer a wide variety of foods from cakes and muffins to perogies, sandwiches and wraps. It is a dream come true for me to have such a great place so close to my home. Check this place out if you are in the area and if you're not, make a special trip!
