The sweetest staff! I was trying a drink that had combinations I saw on instagram reels and not only did the employee suggest some really great tweaks to the drink but also personally made sure that I liked it after she completed my order. Just the simple act of offering to make changes if I would not like my drink elevates the customer experience.
This is a location inside the mall. It's in the middle of a court, not an actual store. There's a decent amount of seating, and it's in a nice area. Staff were great, very friendly. Drinks were great, didn't have anything to eat here, but the things in the display case looked good.
I always go to this Starbucks workers are always so kind and cute. Artemyst, Faith, Alicia, and Baljeet are my fav baristas. They always offer great drink suggestions that never fail to disappoint. DELICIOUS YUMMY IN MY TUMMY 😋

I’ve been to many Surrey Starbucks locations and to be honest they all suck but this location located inside Central city mall is so good, the workers are always so kind and the drinks are always good , and it’s a bonus that it’s inside the mall and convenient

I’m on the verge of tears writing this. This Starbucks, they just get it you know? I’ve learned the names of multiple baristas such Alicia and Simrit because they’re just killing it every time. I basically live in the SFU upstairs and the Starbucks gets so busy but they’re just moving at the speed of light and put a smile on my face every time. They are always so polite!!

This place always aims to please. Their beverages and food are always tasty. Make sure you download their app especially when it’s your birthday. You will get a free drink of your choice. It must be redeemed on the day of your birthday. I always have my fav – large matcha latte with almond milk.
Really good staff, but you need to wait Lil bit, because it's located in the mall.
