I don't know what is going on at Alder Crossing this weekend....they are SO SLOW. Orders backed up for over an hour. Co fission on App orders. The line gets longer and longer as time passes and they seem to get further and further in to the weeds.
More organization and Time management is needed or maybe just a new Staff on the weekends as this team can not manage at all!

this starbucks has been and will continue to be a place of comfort for me. ive visited with others many times here, while having coffee to talk. it's been a memorable place for me, to be honest (even if it's just a starbucks)
something really cool they have is a dog bowl that you can pour water in, (water's free from starbucks if you don't have any yourself) which makes it convenient for my friend's dog.
a really nice place to have coffee and very convenient if you live in the area. baristas are friendly and the music gives an overall friendly atmosphere.

Barista, Tisha, was very friendly, she helped me decide which new seasonal drink to get. After she had already started making my drink, I asked her to split it into 2 cups, she had to start all over, but was happy to do so. The drink was delicious and her smile made my day, thank you Tisha! :)
Best Starbucks location! Friendly staff and good drinks. The ambience is quite nice, would make for a good place to study.
It's a Starbucks that strives to get you served your customized drink in an expedient manner. This location succeeds with friendly staff. They have a nice open courtyard to sit outside at this location.

I just had some great customer service at this location!! I was looking forward to some cold brew whip cream but they didn’t have any. Gavin who was working the till said that they could make it happen, and that they would make a fresh new batch for us. Jackie then made some delicious cold brew whip cream!! I was so happy! Thank you for a terrific experience!
Great place, very friendly staff. They just need to do a better job of keeping the place clean. They should hire a cleaning company rather then have their staff do it.. Also, the patio is lovely and would be so much nicer If they had the hanging baskets again and flowers that are in the planters kept watered..
