I don't know what is going on at Alder Crossing this weekend....they are SO SLOW. Orders backed up for over an hour. Co fission on App orders. The line gets longer and longer as time passes and they seem to get further and further in to the weeds.
More organization and Time management is needed or m
this starbucks has been and will continue to be a place of comfort for me. ive visited with others many times here, while having coffee to talk. it's been a memorable place for me, to be honest (even if it's just a starbucks)

Barista, Tisha, was very friendly, she helped me decide which new seasonal drink to get. After she had already started making my drink, I asked her to split it into 2 cups, she had to start all over, but was happy to do so. The drink was delicious and her smile made my day, thank you Tisha! :)

It's a Starbucks that strives to get you served your customized drink in an expedient manner. This location succeeds with friendly staff. They have a nice open courtyard to sit outside at this location.

I just had some great customer service at this location!! I was looking forward to some cold brew whip cream but they didn’t have any. Gavin who was working the till said that they could make it happen, and that they would make a fresh new batch for us. Jackie then made some delicious cold brew whip
Great place, very friendly staff. They just need to do a better job of keeping the place clean. They should hire a cleaning company rather then have their staff do it.. Also, the patio is lovely and would be so much nicer If they had the hanging baskets again and flowers that are in the planters kep
I can’t say enough about the team of staff at this Starbucks location. Super friendly, happy, and fast, and always a breath of fresh air coming here. Vickey, Kerri Ann, Isabelle, Emily and team all deserve a shout out!
