• Dulce de leche Pancakes: it is gooood! Please share as it gets too much. Dulce de leche drizzled over these fluffy pancakes are perfect! The white sauce (sugar) was just a bit sweet for me. I would probably order that on the side

Surprised. Though the restaurant is in desperate need of remodelling the experience over all was good. Yes the wait staff were older ladies but or waitress was attentive and funny and warm. The food was hot and tasty. Price was reasonable. I left full and satisfied. I will come back.
Awesome. Open at 6 am great service, lots to eat like wow, for 10 bucks the Ultimate Como is only 12.25 with 2 eggs, 3 bacon, 3 sausages , 2 French toast, berries hash browns,.. Can't forget the great friendly service, lots of coffee..

Not the best, not the worst.... I have to admit that I'm not the biggest fan of IHOP. I really don't care for their regular plain pancakes but lately I've been coming here when I've had the craving to have breakfast... for dinner. It's the only place in the South Surrey area that has a breakfast after 4:00pm.
Personally, I do like their waffles, and usually order them with eggs and bacon. I always ask for the strawberry topping and whip cream on the side, so I can put butter and syrup on the waffle. I also like the double blueberry pancakes, but again - it's best to ask for the whip cream on the side, as it melts on the hot pancakes into a gooey mess if you forget to do this. Finally, I recently tried their seasonal pumpkin spice pancakes, which I actually enjoyed - and I usually hate pumpkin pie.
The service is usually fine, some servers are better than others. I've never tried anything other than their breakfast menu, so I can't comment on the quality of their lunches or dinners. One last thing that I really don't like about all IHOPs is how they give you the bill when they bring you the meal. It makes me feel like they are trying to rush me out of there.
Had a very well experience here. Good food, fast service and great lemonade. Good portion sizes, with the Chicken and waffles, and Belgian Waffle combo was delicious. Good eggs. And very fluffy and delicious Waffles.
I have gone to this place today. Food was very delicious. Me and partner really enjoyed their pancakes. Donna is really nice and friendly server. I recommend people to visit this place.
We were served by Lisa at the bar and had such a great experience! She was warm, hospitable, fast paced, and had a great sense of humor. One of the best experiences I've had at this location so far. She is an absolute gem! All our food was delicious too and came exactly as ordered. What a lovely breakfast.

Still reasonable price for good comfort foods. I have been coming here for years. They treat everyone well but they pamper us seniors who come at 7am with cheerful service and prices which are still low. IHOP food has endured everywhere due to quality control and this location has standard items. Reliable and reasonable.
