Had a very well experience here. Good food, fast service and great lemonade. Good portion sizes, with the Chicken and waffles, and Belgian Waffle combo was delicious. Good eggs. And very fluffy and delicious Waffles.
I have gone to this place today. Food was very delicious. Me and partner really enjoyed their pancakes. Donna is really nice and friendly server. I recommend people to visit this place.

Very dissatisfied with our service today. We were seated and had to wait 15-20 minutes before the waitress came over to us. Restaurant was half empty not too busy. Coffee tasted very watered down. Waitress was very nice but did not quality check on us at all and brought the bill before we were done
Still reasonable price for good comfort foods. I have been coming here for years. They treat everyone well but they pamper us seniors who come at 7am with cheerful service and prices which are still low. IHOP food has endured everywhere due to quality control and this location has standard items.
