Service was friendly. Food was delicious. Had the Italian Wedding soup as my app and it was amazing. All food was top notch. There was a mistake from kitchen on my pizza which was not a huge issue but caused my friend to finish her food before mine arrived correctly. I have seen restaurants brush this off as not a big deal, however they realized the mistake, manager/supervisor come to table to apologize and they credited my bill. This seems like "customer service 101" but is largely brushed off as just an error in many restaurants nowadays and customer is expected to accept, however this East Side Mario's did the right thing and it left me feeling they owned up to a mistake. Thank You for this. I will return to enjoy tasty Italian food and great customer service.

The food was very delicious and great portion size. I really appreciate restaurants like this because they stay true to the traditional recipes and the food is always on point. Our server was very friendly and attentive and always made sure we were looked after. It was a great experience thank you.

After having a bad experience with one waitress some time ago, the administration showed great interest and care while listening to our concerns. They also explained about some changes and how they have been working in improving the costumers' experience since the last time we visited the restaurant. As that sounded so good and as we have always been a fan of ESM and, we decided to go back and try it again. They didn't disappoint us. The food, the environment and the service were great. It's always worth to go back to East Side Mario's.

The Algonquin restaurant has always been a great place to eat. What I enjoy most is that when you order, they bring you all you can eat salad as well as a small loaf of bread. It's a great appetizer while you wait. You don't sit there hungry waiting one hour for your food. The staff is extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is great! I would recommend anything on the menu, however I always enjoy the pasta.
