My husband and I went to RIB for an anniversary dinner date. We were greeted with an amazing server ,V, who gave great suggestions and had a genuine interest in our experience. Our dinner was authentic and incredible. Words cannot describe the individual flavours each plate we tasted had. Rob was gracious as always. It was a very welcoming atmosphere. I have not had a dining experience like this in a long time. Thank you for the hospitality and the excellent food. It was great seeing Shawn W as well! Keep up the great work! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great dining. Hats off- well done !
I've been a sporadic customer over the years only because I sporadically go out for dinner - however my one & only is Respect. I've had my staff party there for the last 5+ years, always have had outstanding service and when there on a smaller scale the service has been exceptional. Big or small party - I can only say that omg, the food - the food!! Incredible, have always been over the top pleased (Rob, the carbonara - you know what I'm talking about yum!) (Wait, the veal chop too omg!) From the decor and the newly added Red Fang bar walk through, this is the place to go! Thanks Rob, for the never ending outstanding experiences!
This is an easy 5-star people. We had the perfect night. Every bite of the food was delicious. You gotta try the crispy mushroom salad. I don’t know what witchcraft they used, but each forkful was better than the previous one.
We dined at Respect is Burning for the first time and I have to say my girlfriend and I could not be happier. The dark atmosphere and Italian ambience was wonderful. We ordered the Mushroom Bruschetta as an appetizer and it was fantastic... 5 pieces of perfectly toasted bread with cream cheese, butter and mushrooms... Delicious. The restaurant was packed but we still got a table and the food came very quickly despite the 1.5 hour limit at the table. The waitress was very personable and a pleasure to be around. The general staff was also very happy and outgoing. The main dishes, both pasta were the best pasta my girlfriend and I ever had. I recommend this restaurant hands down for an excellent meal and an all around great experience. I have nothing but praise for Respect is Burning.
Amazing food and service last night. Our reserved table of 5 turned into a table of 6 at the last minute, and your staff were able to accommodate us without a problem (sorry about that)
Our server was top notch (I wish I had caught her name) but I felt so special that not only our server, but every staff member who came to our table took the time to wish me a happy birthday.
We were a little disappointed that the dill pickle app was unavailable, but the good news is we all found some new favourite apps!! The roasted cauliflower and the gnocchi were 👍🏼👍🏼
I’m one who likes to try a different pasta dish every time I stop by, but now that I’ve had the Rustica…it will be my go to every time. It was amazing.

Got some take out pizza and it was fantastic, even when eaten cold the next day. An unnecessary amount of onions as you can see in the picture but the flavour was pretty wild. I would definitely like to visit this place again as I was only able to try this pizza and their pasta list was long and intricate so I can only imagine how could one of those dishes would be.
Absolutely fantastic place to dine! The portions are plentiful and made to perfection. The atmosphere makes you feel like you are in downtown Toronto or New York. We are so fortunate to have such a fine establishment in our City! Keep up the great work!
