The atmosphere and wonderful staff upon arriving was lovely. I loved the steak and egg breakfast it was cooked to perfection. I couldn't finish everything on my plate as there was so much food. Our server was a definite delight and couldn't do enough for us.

Highly recommend The Village Restaurant in Stoney Creek! The food is great! Mary and her staff are great and always make sure we are well taken care!! It's a very warm and welcoming atmosphere! We go there often... breakfast, lunch and dinner! Never had a bad meal there. ��
From the outside, it appears to be a single building but as you enter and look around you notice three quite distinct areas. The nicely renovated sections blend together to provide a dining room, dinner and sports bar all in one restaurant. Food is great, prices are very affordable, service is good. Parking can be found.
Had a private birthday party last year September with around ~20 guest. Can’t say enough good things about the restaurant owners, the staff, the awesome food. They made us feel welcome and everything was top notch. Just have to say thank you to everyone involved.
Will surely recommend if you wanna have a private gathering or party.
The Village almost never disappoints. Sometimes when it's incredibly busy, service is slow, and that is understandable. But tonight, there were a few tables, and service was still lagging. The food is worth the wait, however. I myself have quite a few restrictions and can always find something to eat. They have quite a few vegetarian options, can't say I can say the same for vegan, but if you're Halal, they have quite a bit of seafood options too. The servers are funny, engaging and personable. It's a restaurant that feels like home.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Mary when we booked their restaurant for my son’s baptism a few months ago. We found Mary to be very kind, courteous, and welcoming. Our son has a medical complication, and she was very accommodating with our requests. Pricing was very fair, and they went above and beyond with their service, including a customized menu with personalized photos included in the menu. We had booked the main dining room for the occasion.
Service was great on the day of. Although things got very busy, the servers did a great job making sure people were getting their orders.
The food was delicious. The kitchen did a great job with the food. Everyone was praising the roast beef. I ordered the grilled chicken, and thought it was quite delicious as well. And the salmon was very good, especially the rice that came with it.
All in all, it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely go there again. They made my son’s special day very special. We’re very happy that we decided to go to them to celebrate our son’s special day. Thank you!

Like always the food is great and staff are very friendly. I probably frequent an average of once per week.
Glad to have seen them come out of the covid restrictions. Family owned business in the heart of downtown Stoney Creek is what everyone should want to support.
Tried takeout for the first time from here. Ordered (2) sandwiches for lunch on a Sunday and it was about 45 min wait time. I tried the Reuben on Rye Sandwiche and it was delicious; lots of meat and great tasting sauerkraut. Would definitely have it again. The staff was friendly during pickup and the ensured we had the cutlery and condiments required.
Amazing hidden gem! We stopped by to try this place and the food was absolutely incredible!! We were greeted promptly by Debbie. She was delightful, outgoing and friendly. The restaurant vibe was also very cozy and welcoming. We ordered the chicken Caesar wrap with soup and Reuben on rye. Everything was so delicious and well made! I even ordered an extra soup because of the taste, very yummy. Again Debbie was a great server to us, and I recommend being served by her when you come!! Thanks again we’ll be back!
