Bought a 6 pack of donuts and found that the staffer had mistakenly put 2 of the wrong donuts in. Called to let them know and they took my name and type missed for me to come by and pick them up at my convenience. Friendly on the phone and when I went in they quickly handled my replacement. I know it was a nickle and dime cost for them but the main thing for me was how quickly and pleasantly they dealt with the small error. Thanks folks.

My only complaint is that they should ban the old racist man who berated the staff over ten cents. I'm sorry that he feels he is without imperfections and could do a better job. I'm will to bet he wouldn't even try to learn something new or relevant to society today. If he is so angry over something so minor then he should go home and make his own coffee.
