Pas mal LE meilleur resto à Sherbrooke... La bouffe est incroyable - pour certaines assiettes, c'est très viandeux, mais pour d'autres, c'est végé... les saveurs des plats => mind blown -, beau setup sur place avec la décoration décontracte, les vins qui accompagnent la nourriture sont souvent très intéressants et que dire des hôtes de la place qui sont super sympathiques et qui utilisent un humour sarcastique soigneusement choisi ! Vraiment, un spot que je recommande fortement à Sherbrooke à tous les gens qui aiment manger.
Wow, une excellente table à Sherbrooke! Ambiance chaleureuse, branchée et décontractée avec des serveurs sympathiques. La bouffe est excellente, la carte des vins est excellente et le resto est excellent. À vivre!
Just had one of the best meals ever. We went with the 7 course chef’s choice menu with wine pairing. Everything went so well together and we left full and more that satisfied. The owner is an amazing guy who takes the time to talk to each table and makes you feel very welcome. The chef really knows her stuff. Food I didn’t think would go together made music for my taste buds. Over three hours from where I live but so worth getting a hotel and taking a weekend off to get away!!
Excellent experience! The food was amazing, the cornbread is to die for as is the beef shoulder. Service is friendly and drinks are well made. Will definitely come back.
My dinner at Bauman was flawless. From the thoughtfully-designed interior (great playlist through a perfect sound system at exactly the right volume!) to the attentive and knowledgeable service to the astonishingly creative menu, you are unlikely to have a better meal in Canada, let alone Sherbrooke! If this sounds a little over the top, it’s intended to: these people are doing it right. No joke.
Wow, incredible food! High cuisine (rather than smokehouse dishes)! People say it’s pricey because they expect a smokehouse but you’ll never find an equivalent meal anywhere else and certainly not at this price! Take the time to question the owners waiting on you about the love and dedication they have put in to offer these unbelievable products! Their stories for each dish are amazing! Thanks so much for an unforgettable meal! Choose the discovery menu!!!!
Je l’ai déjà dit et je le répète..baumann est un restaurant magnifique, un must, le meilleure dans cette ville!! I fell in love with this restaurant the day it opened and been coming back ever since! Amazingly fresh ingredients with a smart twist! The staff is very helpful and understanding! Would 100% come back
