Just had one of the best meals ever. We went with the 7 course chef’s choice menu with wine pairing. Everything went so well together and we left full and more that satisfied. The owner is an amazing guy who takes the time to talk to each table and makes you feel very welcome. The chef really knows

Excellent experience! The food was amazing, the cornbread is to die for as is the beef shoulder. Service is friendly and drinks are well made. Will definitely come back.

I have been sick all nigth after my visit at Baumann. Food look's and taste good, service is okay but really, i just puke 90 buck down the toilette.

The food is spot on! If you're a meat eater who likes smoked meats, tender cuts, simple dishes and presentation, this is for you. No sides. Nothing included.
