They have great bagels at this place which they make right there. I like their toasted egg salad bagel sandwiches. The staff is attentive and careful to take the time and pay attention in making just the right sandwich you want. They have a special corned beef sandwich which is tasty, and many other casual items on the menu to choose from.
A great place to stop on your northern trek to or from Toronto, or wherever! Definitely a nice country, homey feel and taste to the place and its food.

The best bagels I’ve had in my life! Have I ever drove 40 minutes each way to buy bagels at Pete’s Deli? I’m ashamed to say yes. Buy a sandwich on their freshly baked bagel, leave with a dozen more and get home with 9 left. They’re that good!
Probably one of the best BLT'S I've ever had. Order whatever sandwich you get on a homemade toasted bagel. The bagels don't stay fresh long but any bagel lover will tell you that's a sign of quality and great ingredients. I highly recommend this place!
Went into Pete's deli for a bite to eat. First time in and definitely not my last! We were served by crystal. She was amazing. Very patient and helpful, and seemed to make the place feel more than welcoming! Someone please give this woman a gold star. She was pleasant, and made our experience great :)
Love their food and coffee. The staff here are amazing. They are very friendly and are always welcoming. When you walk through the door there's always a smiling face. I love Pete's donuts. I stop here every time I go pass it.
Nice and mostly clean. Our table had not been cleaned after previous patrons had left and all staff were busy serving customers when we were in.
Nice selection of sandwiches, but if you are on a restricted diet, not the best place to get something to eat. Meat was very salty, no options if you need gluten free.

I drove by Pete's Deli and almost immediately got pulled over. The officer wastes no time in approaching my door and asking me the inevitable "do you know why I pulled you over?" Puzzled I respond "not a clue, officer". Immediately the look of shock and disappointment runs across his face. "Were you seriously just going to drive by Pete's Deli and not get one of their freshly baked bagels?". "Are, are you serious?" I respond. This has to be a joke. "Out of the vehicle" the officer harshly demands. We walked right back to Pete's Deli at which point he orders me a BLT on an everything bagel. "Have a bite"he says. Confused and intimidated, I obliged and dove into this BLT on an everything bagel.
Perfection! "What is this that I'm tasting?". "Heaven" he responds. We sit in silence for the remaining few minutes that it takes for me to wolf down this masterpiece of culinary art. With tears running down my eyes, I apologize to the officer. "I'm so sorry sir, I will never commit such a heinous crime again." The officer closes his eyes and nods. He seemed satisfied with my response. "Very well" he says, "just a warning this time". So I implore all you who are reading this, do not commit the same crime on humanity that I did, if you are passing by this wonderful establishment, ensure you stop in and order one of their heavenly masterpieces. Don't make the same mistake I have made.
Our favourite coffee + bagel spot!! Their peach juice is highly addicting as well. Only downside is I’ve noticed some staff members aren’t equally as friendly to ‘non-regular’ customers but that’s (sadly) typical of small town service.
Fresh bagels (variety). Very friendly staff. Definitely pick this spot over the Tim Hortons across the street. Tried a western Omelette bagel and egg salad sandwich - both were delicious! Seating available inside. Jars of honey and maple syrup are sold in here too.
Passed through on our way home and chose Pete’s Deli ahead of Tim Horton’s across the street (and so glad we did). One of the freshest bagels/BLT’s we’ve ever had. Lots of other great menu items to choose from also. Would highly recommend this place for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
