First visit to the Seadog Saloon, and was not disappointed! The building itself is in the historic downtown area of Shelburne. It is surrounded by history, and beautiful shops. The restaurant inside is gorgeous, with old reclaimed wood floors and walls. The staff was extremely friendly, and welcoming. Our appetizers were deep fried pepperoni, (biggest serving I've seen at a pub yet) and garlic bread with real mozzarella and bacon!!! Mouthwatering delicious!!! The main course of haddock bits and fries was just as yummy. Cooked to perfection, and left no room for dessert!!! Definitely 10/10 and would highly recommend.

Right on the water front with optional outdoor seating. Service was friendly and prompt. Wife had fish and chips and she liked it... I had the special that day which was Chicken polene. Lots of chicken tender, fried, chicken gravey and melted cheese... wahooooooooooo... it was happy hour to boot...

Seafood chowder was amazing - order it! As was the fish and chips. Everything was so fresh and so good. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Made some suggestions of places to go and see. Definitely worth stopping by for a meal. Go hungry, portions are big and will fill you up. Thanks for a great meal.
