Some locations better than others. I prefer the cumberland location over the other two farther down east of 8th street. Mainly because there is one employee who works at both who enjoys handling my donuts/muffin/timbits/bagels or whatever with her bare hands. I have complained about her numerous times and yet she still continues to handle cash or touch her face with her hand before placing her finger tips in our around the rim of my cup during coffee preparation and touching my consumables with her bare hands. Freaks me out, complained 3+ times havent been back to either location since.

Cumberland location is fair, parking is terrible, drive through set up is a nightmare. However the service is fast and very friendly.
