Mmm. I like La prep. It is a chain all over Quebec. They have a lot of options for salads, soups, paninis, wraps and sandwiches. Go early the downtown lunch rush clears it out quickly.

Fast and healthy. I love the chickpea salads and hard boiled eggs! Definitely my favorite spot for lunch!

Food was a mixed bag - my Husband liked his pho soup but my spinach quiche was soggy and only luke warm. My Asian salad was great but the coffee was not spectacular.

Just ate at La Prep for the first time. Needless to say I can't wait to come back! Service was excellent, food was outstanding. Huge selection and great prices! Five stars.

Great Food, Too Expensive. The food and service are great, excellent selection of healthy options and the people who work here are very friendly. The cost is high for the portion size is small which often steers me towards Subway, however this point is likely not of to much concern to La Prep as their clientele consist mainly of the corporate crowd.
