I've tried pho at most vietnamese restaurants in Saskatoon but this place definitely has the best. It's very easy to tell the broth is made from scratch every day. It has a wonderful flavor to it that no other restaurant has managed to master. Definitely the place to go if you're wanting a great bowl of pho or bun bo hue!!!

PHO CHAU THINH is very simply the BEST pho in Saskatoon! If, like me, you have moved to Saskatoon from a city that has authentic Vietnamese restaurants and have struggled to find a similar experience here, you just need to find your way to PHO CHAU THINH. I hear the rest of the menu is pretty good too:)

Finally a good bowl of Pho in Stoon. Had the #9 combination bowl and it was delish. It's been quite the tall task trying to find a good Pho place and now it's here. It's always a good sign when they give u the sprouts and Thai basil before ur bowl. Going back for the Bun Bo Hue with pork hock. Def worth checking it out. Don't sleep on this place people, check it out.

AMAZING BBQ PORK COLD ROLLS. I had been recommended several times from colleagues to try them. Im not a huge fan of bbq pork. I tend to shove it on my husbands plate went it's in soups or other dishes I order. The BBQ pork in the cold rolls were unreal. It reminded me of like a "sausage" style pork, kinda similar to like a smoked meat stick but with bbq flavouring. Anyways its was AMAZING. Good noodle, meat & veggie ratio. Im so glad I tried them! I will definitely order them again and try other items other than the one order of cold rolls lol :)

Hands down the best Pho in Saskatoon. It is clean, clear, delicate and lightly salted with very complex flavours. Pho Chau Thinh are among a very very small group of vietnamese restaurants in Saskatoon that make a true beef bone and marrow broth. Most places here use excessive salt and artificial flavourings when doing their Pho (this includes some of the most popular vietnamese restaurants in Saskatoon).

Their spring rolls are quite good but are different than anywhere else in Saskatoon. They use a wheat wrapper instead of rice. Their cold rolls was very great and delicious. I recommend the bbq minced pork meat cold rolls.

Pho Chau Thinh is newly opened. They bring a truly awesome authentic Pho experience only found in larger cities. They may be a little off the beaten path but well worth it.

Have read the review and wanted to come try this establishment for a few months. We finally made it in for lunch today. We arrived soon after opening so were the only people in.
Kid and I had #10 rare beef pho. When the soup arrived I looked into the bowl, the clear broth made me immediately think it would taste like warm water. But to my surprise the broth had so much flavour. With the pho you get bean sprouts, lemon wedges and fresh basil. I like to a small splash of soy and chili sauce. The soup was excellent.
Spouse had #51 grilled pork and minced pork (more like sausage). I tried the meat and they were very tasty.
The owner came to our table and was extremely friendly. We discussed other menu items and are eager to try more.
Needless to say but we will for sure be going back.

Best spicy noodle ever. I was craving Bún Bò Huế for a long time. The sad thing is no one in Saskatoon makes it. So to have something like that is a dream come true. Thank you for the great dinner:). I will drop by whenever I can on my day of then:)

Delicious!!! I was sick so my husband picked up two orders of Pho for dinner. Best I've had! He said the owner was very kind and used high quality ingredients (no mixes!). I believe him! Taste is phenomenal, and when I took out the leftovers for lunch it had gelled solid. A sign of a healthy, quality broth! Very pleased. Will be back I'm sure!

Best vermicelli bowl in Saskatoon! Fresh, large portions and super tasty. The best part was the Vietnamese rolls: authentic and with a different style wrapper that was so crunchy yet light. Very affordable. They've been there for a year and they sure know what they are doing. Big menu. Highly recommend

This place is bar non the one of the best noodle houses in town. They do much more but their pho is great. - a side note : i couldnt get through to their menu link on their main site as clicking on it keeps forwarding to Skip The Dishes. Once at Skip The Dishes Pho Chau Thinh is listed as not available, so there is no way to access their menu. Speaking with the owner, he said they chose to go back to doing their deliveres so he ended the relationship with Skip The Dishes. At the end of it - that's a pretty rotten thing for Skip The Dishes to do as the restaurant owner didn't sound very tech savvy and told me he had no idea this was happening. Who knows how much business Pho Chau Thinh has lost because Skip the Dishes can't get their act together? Brutal ... I didn't like Skip the Dishes before and i certainly won't be be using them now.

never tried this place till recently and it is really good and amazingly priced I would rather spend seven or eight dollars in there then at McDonald's and get a poorly made burger. It is family owned, food is awesome and never had a complaint about it also the people are very kind. I think it's the area they are in otherwise, I think they would get a lot more business, only about a 10-minute wait for food and serving size was perfect.

I wish i could give this place more stars! Quang really knows what he's doing, the food in Phenomenal ,and he uses all the best ingredients. Honestly if you like vietnamese/thai food you have to try it. Me and my girlfriend have been coming here every week for around 6 months for a reason. I've tried every place in the city (including summer roll), they got nothing on Quang's food. Great if you're a vegetarian as well! TRY IT!!!!

Probably the best Phở in Saskatoon!!! ; ) A big bowl of Phở (Very generous quantity!) comes with basil, bean sprouts, and lime on the side; I asked chili peppers and they also provided me! Great service!!! : )
