I love going here for a wrap, it's so yummy. They have tofu which is nice when you're vegan. Also sometimes they have vegan soups, and desserts. Salad rolls are good too. The servings are quite big, so you have left overs after. The workers are really nice as well.
It's really nice to find a nice fresh healthy option. Every salad I had was very good and filling. The full size salad I feel like is huge and the starter size is perfect for lunch. Yes it is a little expensive, bust it's made with fresh ingredients and that's something worth paying for.
Honestly, a good enough place to eat. The portion sizes are big enough and the menu is interesting. However I have a few critiques. When I see that a 12$ salad has avocado on it, I'm assuming that it will have about half an avocado on top. I received 2 measly slices, and they were browning at that! Also, the salsa tasted like tomato paste. There weren't any spices to be found. I will come back and perhaps see if you get your money's worth for a panini or sandwich.

Awesome Place! Always fresh, healthy and consistently good food! Staff super friendly and restaurant very clean. Can't say enough good things about this place!
Always good. Favourites are the sunshine salad and Bangkok. Soups could be served at a hotter temp.
Always good, never get wrong food like some reviewers are saying. Price is decent considering the quality of food. Portions are good, and not the typical 'merican glutinous size most restaurants serve now. I would highly recommend.
Despite other people claiming this place is only for preteen girls and moms, as a fully grown guy I'd beg to differ. Great options and very filling. Perhaps expensive when compared to crap your typical Saskatchewan resident is used to eating but I love this place.
Will be back. Heavily recommended.
Delicious! Their vinaigrette is fruity and very sweet and is delicious on anything and the mushroom soup is quite wonderful as well. Turning into a regular!

The food here is amazing and the staff is spectacular! I often drive through Saskatoon for work and after stumbling across chopped leaf, I now stop in every time I drive through and stock up on food for my time up north. The combinations of flavours in their salads and sandwiches is amazing.... Spinach with feta, cranberries, apple, feta, pecans, chicken, and fruit vinaigrette in a wrap? Yes please (popeye wrap I think). The food is delicious, and portions are PERFECT! I'm not sure why a previous review said portions were small... I had the "Whole Bowl #2" for supper tonight and had difficulty finishing it...
Their fruit infused water goes perfectly with their food... Different flavours every day (and free refills!!!;) )
The Staff is always great at helping you decide what to have and suggesting new items based on what you've already tried.
It's about time a healthy fast option was available! You feel very satisfyingly full, without going into a greasy food coma, and you stay full for a long time.
Prices are very reasonable for the amount and quality of food you're getting.
Take a look at the menu at the location and you'll quickly realize you could eat there every day and have a different combination of items, proteins and sauces each time. And for those of you who are coeliac or have an intolerance to gluten... All their food has gluten free options!!! (I know that's a lifesaver to a few friends!)
So excited for chopped leaf to come to regina!
If you haven't gone to give this place a try yet.... GO! You won't regret it!!!
