By far the best patisserie/bakery in the city. Best croissants, fantastic cookies & other treats, Best pizza in the city & awesome coffee! Won’t disappoint !

Bread that is real as real can be. Good coffee. Friendly staff. Excellent pastries. Friday night pizza is on point. Sour dough and red fife bread are staples in our household and I will never buy grocery store bread again. The Night Oven is worth the quick trip off the beaten path to grab your weekly loaf or two and a treat for the drive home :)
This place is amazing! Everything is baked in their wood fired oven. All the breads are fantastic (all naturally leavened with sourdough starter), pastries are delicious, selection of teas is good, coffee is also quite good. But the best part? Friday Pizza Night! Zomato says they are closed Friday night, but they are open. Check their facebook page for the pizza menu. They have a meat, veggie, and cheese pizza and they change every week. Beautifully fresh ingredients, crust and sauce is always good, and it's fresh baked in the wood oven. Try it out, you won't regret it!
I love this little bakery. We had their pizza last night and it was so good. The ingredients are fresh, local and unusual (pumpkin purée for the pizza sauce). I love that they mill all of their own flour. The crust of the pizza was perfect: soft, crunchy, and a slight taste of sourdough so you know they've been fermenting that dough for a while. I would go back, especially for the pizza on Friday nights! The staff is super friendly too, just trying to serve great baked food.

I've come to really enjoy this place out of the few times I've came here. Stopped for coffee a couple of times and it was crazy hot which is perfect and it was really good on top of that. The hot crossed buns are amazing and I don't usually enjoy them. So amazing that I made two separate orders so I could share with family. Also picked up some rye bread and it was perfect. Can't wait to come back and try the pizza and pick up some challah bread on a Friday! Also the staff are very helpful and friendly !
I was working near the night oven and going there frequently I really enjoyed it. I tried so many of their items. Some of my favorites are the Rye and chocolate cookies, the fox cacti with tomatoe sauce and cheese, the caneles, the cookies with jam on top. The coffee was excellent. I will be going out of my way to go back.
Excellent artisan bread and the best pastries in the city. Their croissants are spectacular. Their baguettes are also some of the best I have ever tasted. If you are around on Fridays their pizza is not to be missed but don't arrive before 5pm.
Solid coffee and even better pastry. Never even heard of this place until a friend of a friend passed it on that they have a killer croissant. Verified completely and it is so savoury. Coffee was decent but not great. Didn't have their regular barista so that potentially has a large impact.
If you want complex bread and sweets then I can't think of a better place in town. The smell of wood fire and baking bread together is amazing.
As a bakery, this place is terrific. As a coffee shop, this place is meh. I've had way better London fogs and coffees from other places. That being said I believe that the Night Oven sells the best pastry in Saskatoon. I love how crisp the croissants were. They were really a beautiful texture and flavour. So the baking deserves a 4.5 but the drinks only deserve a 3.
