Super good. Trout is the bomb. Had scallops to start and that was awesome too. Loved it.

The exterior and decor may be strange, but within is an incredible and unique restaurant within Saskatoon. We ended up doing the tasting menu and all five courses we had were excellent. Each course felt different yet familiar, with many of them being different takes on local dishes to Saskatoon. The wine pairings ranged from perfect to interesting, but overall I was satisfied with them. Service was also great and on point. The server was friendly and knowledgeable, and was very patient with our large table.

I was absolutely shocked by the quality of the food here at The Hollows. Given their relative location to other phenomenal brunch restaurants, the competition is fierce, but they pull through. I ordered the poutine as I wanted a change of pace, and everything about it was amazing! Each item on the menu feels, tastes, and looks fresh and home grown. I highly recommend this location if you want a real traditional brunch with high quality ingredients.

This is the definition of a hipster restaurant and the food is scrumptious! I highly recommend the bannock when starting, gets the appetite going. The decor is carefree but works perfectly in this casual and comfortable restaurant. Brunch has a lot of menu options, a little pricey for the portions but tasty nonetheless. Also in a great area of Saskatoon. Stop after or before a morning walk around the farmers market or the riverside.

First time in this restaurant. It was so nice to be there. We went for our Christmas party/dinner, and we had the 5 course option. As I went with my husband we had the chance to try all he options as we shared. As a drink we had the ginger beer and it was so good as it tasted like a lemonade with ginger. They had an oyster as an entree/surprise and it was so delicious. The first options were the endive gorgonzola and the beetroot salad. My favorite was the endive gorgonzola. The second one was the bird liver pate and the borch, that pate was so delicious. Highly recommended. The third course was the scallop risotto and the ravioli. Oh my God, both of them were so delicious. The fourth one was the duck breat and the beef brisket. That beef brisket was the best of the night, but the best duck I didn't like it, maybe because it was my first time eating duck and I was not expecting it to be so rare. The last course was the desert, we've got the chocolate and the pine-apple. I was kind of disappointed with The chocolate as it just looked like chocolate bars for me, but my husband loved it. I really enjoyed the pine-apple, the taste was so unique and that mixed of apple and pine tree was awesome. So, I highly recommend going to this place and try the 5 course.

The Valentine's prix fixe meal was stunning and masterful. Each dish had surprises and creativity, the journey through the evening was well-planned, the wine pairings added so much to the dishes, and the server was informed engaged and delightful. Outstanding from beginning to end!

Delicious! Relaxed vibe, casual dress, but up scale food. Some of the best signature cocktails in town.
