My husband and I were looking for some kind of Asian restaurant that did not use MSG in their food. Much to our surprise we happened upon this little place via the net and the great reviews it got. We ordered the Combo Stir fry dish with Vermicelli Rice noodles and some spring rolls wrapped in rice paper so No gluten as well. A very good variety for gluten free, vegan, and msg free. Super great will make this our go to place when going to Saskatoon. Also very informative and Superb service!!
I have been dining at this restaurant since they first opened about 7 years ago. The food is fantastic and the owners are so friendly! They always make us feel welcome and I just love that they remember us and greet us with such warmth each time we go in. The noodle bowls, soups, and spring rolls are my favorite, although I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. They are open evenings and weekends as well, so it's a perfect place for those who live in the north end of town. Worth the drive for anyone in the west, east, or south parts of town also!
Looking for awesome Chinese food? Best place at North End. Don't even bother with something else. Their soup is the best far. Very good variety of chicken, pork or beef.
Minh's is a great dining experience. The food is always delicious and the service is excellent. I Highly recommend the noodle bowl or Pho soup
I really like this place. The service is always friendly and if they aren't too busy - which is rare - they are really interesting to talk to. The portions are generous with everything which I really appreciate. It isn't just a big dish filled up with noodles, rice, or another cheap starch to make it look generous like a lot of places go for. I really like the rolls for being well cooked but not burnt. The soups have a lot of flavour.
I consider myself a Vietnamese vermicelli connoisseur and I can say that the #33 (Minh Special Grill Combo 6) was excellent. The ingredients were fresh, the service was awesome and the restaurant very clean. You could see the pride of ownership the owner had and the enjoyment his staff had working there. Try it out!

They make the best curry ever! I was there with my friend and we never tasted a noodle soup that delicious! Go to Minh's Garden! 5 * for Everything!

Amazing place! I just love the food! Their Vietnamese coffee is damn amazing! I told her to make it with coconut milk and she did! They have a very can do attitude and I love it!
It is a small place managed by a couple. All their dishes are nice. They have a hoard of vegetarian options as well so my sister loves it too.
What I love the most is that the food is cooked fresh. I can taste that the vegetables have been added fresh rather than precooked stuff most restaurants do.
This is by far the best Vietnamese I ate in Saskatoon. We go here often.
It does close by 7 pm and their last order is 6:30pm. I think they are closed on weekends but its better to call and check.
The ambience is okay but the place is hygienic and very clean. Usually when I eat at asian restaurant my clothes smell of food but it doesn’t here which is a plus. It is a bit awkward to find as its kinda behind the gas station.
But I love this place. Amazing food 😍 you rock guys!!!
What an amazing couple who own this restaurant! They treat my family just like one of their own! The food is outstanding and no matter what I order the taste keep’s bringing me back. If you want an authentic Vietnamese drip coffee this is where you go! The spring rolls are always hot and tasty. The best ginger beef I’ve ate, and so many more dishes off the menu that I can’t list them all. If you want to treat yourself please try Minh’s Garden.

Very reasonable prices and very accommodating! They are very nice and open to allowing modifications to meals to accommodate diet restrictions. In vegan and they are very willing to sub tofu and omit things to make delicious meals for us to enjoy. I highly recommend!

Some of the tastiest food in the city. Their deep fried wontons are amazing, the crispy spring rolls are oh so crispy, the chicken fried rice is sooo dang good, oh, and Combo #33, without onions, is the greatest combo that ever existed.
pic is Black Pepper Chicken and tofu on noodles.....simply some of the freshest and tastiest food in the city. Everything is done fantastically. Meat seasoned and cooked well, veggies crisp and fresh, best tofu i've ever had, and noodles perfect consistency all the time (underrated)... soups are delicious as well, and for all the people out there who don't venture past noodles bowls and springs rolls when it comes to Vietnamese food, they make that better here too!
