I have been going to wagg's for years now and I have always had great service and the food is amazing I am a steak and seafood fan and wagg's is so close to be in the running with red lobster the owners of this fanatic restaurant are great the staff are very friendly and helpful and the motel next door is a great place to stay after you had a great meal and did some drinking I highly recommend this restaurant and motel for guraduation birthday parties weeding recaption annvarisry Christmas parties and so much more thank you for having a great restaurant in Sarnia Ontario.
I took my Family there for my Dads 70th bday. They were very accommodating for such a big party during their busy season. The staff was fantastic. The food was amazing. The whole family still talks about the great time we had.I would definitely recommend Waggs and we will do it again!
Stopped in here a couple weeks ago I ordered the steak, veggies and rice with a starter ceasar salad! It was absolutely amazing. Heaping ceasar salad, the rice tasted as though it was marinated and perfectly cooked. Veggies and steak were some of the best I've had. Compliments to the chef working. Service was great, fresh newer looking restaurant with great ambiance, was actually impressed.
The place is really nice, we sat outside with our little man (4 years old), the place was accommodating, most of the food was good, we fell in love with the mushroom filled with Crab appetizer, really tasty and flavourful. We also liked the BBQ pork Back Rib, super yummy. However the restaurant was out of soup, the food took over an hour to come plus the Shrimp Plater (one of the most most expensive plates) had nothing special about it, shrimps were not almost frozen store size shrimps and were not tasty to be honest. Otherwise we had a great night out here.
Overall great experience. Despite being fairly busy, service was fast and friendly. Drinks, salads, soups and food all arrived quickly and were delicious. Everything was fresh and hot.
Had the prime rib, it was cooked perfectly and was a generous size cut. Our server was very friendly and professional. Also had the escargot stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer and it was cooked perfectly as well. No rubbery texture at all and tasted amazing! Would definitely recommend!
Although it is on the pricier side, the food definitely lives up to it. Everything from the starters to the entrees was nothing short of amazing. The staff was also incredibly hospitable and welcoming. Highly recommend
We had a great experience at Waggs last night celebrating four April birthdays. Our waitress was great as was the food.
I was slightly disappointed though when the waitress asked management about our birthdays & they only sent two special deserts over when four of us are born in April. Other than that great food & service. Our waitress even took a picture of our table. Thankyou
The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. The wait staff was very friendly and on the ball. I had the Sirloin Medallions. Very good and cooked to perfection. I would recommend Waggs to anyone in the area looking for a quality meal.
