I work in a food truck for Irving shut down, but I love salad and like to support fellow businesses! I got a Greek salad and sweet potato fries. So amazing! The staff is very sweet. I felt very bad as I accidentally got ranch and mentioned it to a friend who works there, it was addressed immediately and replaced even though I ate the other salad! They are very on top of things and have high quality in food and customer service! I hope to let them know how much I enjoyed it even with the confusion I never meant to be rude and I apologize if I offended anyone! They are truly amazing and have great food!!!
Today was the first time I ever bought anything here . Grilled chicken on multigrain baguette ..it was the best thing I ever tasted.. will be back for sure

I have always loved your food and I wish i could remember the girls name who treated me a complete piece of garbage at your market location. I've been a server my whole life and worked in the service industry for years and this one act of being a terrible human has changed my view of your business. You were an hour from being closed and I stood and waited at the counter for almost 5 minutes before she acknowledged me. I knew she saw me there as we made eye contact several times. She acted like I was being an inconvenience as it looked like she was cleaning up to close shop. Then when I asked for a wrap, she basically told me nothing was available because it was the end of the day and "they were close to closing", the only positive thing that came out of her mouth was when she recommended me to another place to get food. I know the owners take pride in Sagrati's and I know this is not a totally fair depiction of your business, but at least this way you know and can ensure it doesn't' happen to another customer.
