My favorite restaurant in Saint John. Phonsri makes amazing food with so many layers of flavor. My wife and I both have our favorites, Hers the Pad Thai, mine the Thai Basil chicken...but we always add another dish to try and have never been disappointed. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is excellent, and the service and staff is exemplary, especially Mike. I gave it 5 cause I couldn't give it 6. Thanks John and Chris!
One of the best in Saint John, not many places you can go and get appetizers, a bottle of wine, main course and dessert for under 100$, the food is awesome and huge portions, have enough left for supper tomorrow, service is the best also, very friendly staff!
We ordered crispy spring rolls, red curry with tofu, cashew chicken, and splash udon noodles and were very pleased! Staff were lovely and the food was tasty, with good portion sizes that allowed us to have leftovers for a second meal. We'll definitely be back.

Went yesterday got the pad Thai and cashew chicken both were sooo delicious and so much food had enough leftovers for lunch the next day ! Great service too
The restaurant was clean and the ambiance is nice. The food was great. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact that they do not have a Caesar salad (the most common salad for a sit down restaurant with a steak dinner, which I had) and for the fact that the waiter came and tried to take away our appetizers before we were finished. He seemed either new and inexperienced or socially awkward. The tables are very close together and it was hard to have a private conversation. Service brings the mark down but, I would recommend to anyone to try Splash. Huge portions and very good Thai food.
We love this place, the food is delicious, fresh and so packed with flavour and Kristina was our awesome server who made a great Caesar…thank you Kristina for all of your great recommendations … a must go to when in Saint John, New Brunswick!!
Always a good experience going here. Wait staff is attentive without being intrusive. Very friendly. The food is very good, with generous portions.
Food was excellent! We had the mushroom stir fry, ginger beef and spring egg rolls. Well worth the money!
