Right across from IKEA very inconspicuous. Taiwanese place with small but yummy Taiwanese rice and noodle selections. Super surprising is the burger selection. Fish, chicken and variation of beef like cheese, bigger size. What's surprising is the quality. It's a burger worth coming for especially in Richmond where it's hard to find a decent burger. Forget Whitespot. These burgers are real and GOOD. Not just a bait and switch to drag in non Asian food eaters. If only they got BEER to go with it.
