Always a great poke bowl here with super fresh ingredients. Highly recommend the build your own bowl so you can choose all your toppings and their delicious sauces.
Very fresh and delicious Hawaiian poke bowls. The staff are very friendly and scoop a generous amount of each product. The store is also very cute! I would recommend the cascade :)
Pretty good poke. Fresh. Lots of available toppings and sauces. The maple soy is nice. Vibrant. Nice they have tables outside the store to dine outside. They also have 10 dollar daily poke specials. What I liked about them was the pea shoot topping particularly yummy. The fish was okay but I've had higher quality fish at other poke places.
I order from here all the time! I’ve tried all the poké places in Richmond and this is by far the best one! Fresh ingredients and nice fast workers :) they’re really patient with you if you have any questions. I love the gochu garlic ioali sauce too.
Clean minimalistic poke place in Ironwood Plaza in Richmond. Plenty of parking, and they're only offering take-out and delivery at the moment. Patient and friendly staff, that they take the time to explain the menu to you.
Very generous portions (especially with the avocado). Lots of toppings to choose from. For example, crab salad and seaweed salad had a spicy and non-spicy option, which was my first time experiencing that on a poke menu personally.
My order:
Coast: my favourite of the 2 bowls I ordered - it's super saucy (burnt miso chili oil & garlic aioli sauce). The highlight was the fresh Atlantic salmon, and I really enjoyed the mangoes. The sweetness from the mangoes really ties the bowl together very nicely with an extra layer of flavour.
Aloha: Ahi tuna in a lighter shoyu sauce, with seaweed salad & avocado.
They also offer custom bowls, and currently have a rotation of "Poke of the Day", which is $10/bowl from their Signature selection (not sure how long this promo lasts though).
Good quality poke place but it's quite pricey. $22 for a 'large' that was more like a small sized bowl is a bit of a stretch. It was basically the size of my hand. The rice is not sushi rice unlike other places but regular rice. If it is that expensive I would expect sushi rice. Decent amount of toppings but not enough sauce so it got pretty dry after a few bites. I like how they have pea shoots as an option which is super rare at poke places. The chicken was tender and the salmon was good quality (I added $2 for sockeye). I ordered miso ginger soy sauce and gochujang aioli but I seem to have got only the aioli, though that by itself was tasty. If you have the money to spend go ahead but I don't think this can be a regular for me. Still it was an enjoyable meal nonetheless.
Quick service. Good portions and lots of free topping options. Environmentally friendly using real bowls if you eat in. Free water fountain and cups and they dont push you to buy other drinks but they have then. 3 sizes of bowl with lots of protein choices.
