Went there for lunch a couple of days ago. Ordered the Pan Fried Rice Vermicelli with Beef Tenderloin in Black Bean Sauce (item# 86 on menu). Very tasty and nice presentation! Dim Sums are delicious too. There are discounts at certain hours.
Sea Fortune Restaurant is one of the countless Chinese restaurants located in Richmond. And like most Chinese restaurants, you can rely on these places being open during usual western holidays such as New Year’s Day… which is exactly when we chose to visit this place. To be honest, when I first went back to look at these pictures, I couldn’t even remember where I took them from. Guess we go out for dim sum too often, lol. Anyhoo, we wound up ordering about 7 dishes (for the 2 of us)… which is pretty normal because we like to have a bit of variety.
Not super pricey and their dimsum isn’t too bad either. I want to try other dimsum places in richmond but I would consider this as not too bad for having a mid-range price point. Their egg tart was delicious.

• Steamed dumplings are good and tasty
• Deep fried Knuckle with Peppery salt is one of my favourites and it is alright from this place
• Silverfish is not bad as well, a bit salty for me
• Rice noodles are always fun to eat
Sea Fortune Restaurant 海洋皇宮酒樓 is located in a small plaza with limited parking.
This place serves very wonderful dim sum. If you like Chinese cuisine, you should try their Steamed Pork Shiu-Mai with #truffle 黑松露燒賣). 👍😋 My favourite is #dessert 甜點（egg yolk custard bun 流沙包 and sponge cake 馬拉糕).

Went to check out dim sum place nearby where we were staying. Saw an elderly chinese couple walk in - always trust older locals, they know where its at! We were promptly seated as we came early around 9am. Ordered the staples and a few extras like the sesame custard bun and egg tarts. Yum! The soft texture of the sesame bun and flakiness warm center of the egg tarts won me over. Overall attentive service, fast food (there was a small wait for the tarts but worth the wait for the freshness) and good food!
Tasty food and good value for the price point 20% off before 11 a.m. plenty of parking good service with nice ambience (renovated). My Saturday ritual to eat here.
First time trying this place for dim sum and its actually not as bad as people have told me. Some dishes are a hit and miss but for the most part its decent. Prices range from $3.95 for a small to $5.95 for a large and more $$ for deluxe and special dishes. They also have specials (noodles) from 11am and on for $9.80. Portions for special dishes are a little on the smaller side but the regular dim sum dishes are well portioned. Taste wasn't bad at all and piping hot from the steamer. If you go before 11 am you get your tea charge waived plus 20% off.
Only downside is that parking can be a pain in the lot but you can also park on the street.

小編一人order三人份，埋單+tax and tips 大約五十幾蚊。平均除番一人大約$18. 價錢公道。由其大大碟七味魷魚鬚乃特㸃，仍只需$6.95, 超扺食！食物味道好，店員服務好，「海洋皇宮」是值得推薦的好茶樓。
Once again, the praise dance group at the South Arm Park went for dim sum after the practice. This is the 2nd last practice in the park. This group belongs to the Success organization and their regular practice place is at the Richmond Public Market, on Thursday morning. This time, we had dim sum at Sea Fortune Restaurant on Granville Ave and St. Albans Road in Richmond.

We came here for dinner on weekday. It is not busy and have lots of parking. Food and service are both good.
This place serves very hot temperature food. The Garlic steam lobster is flavorful you can taste the freshness of the ingredient. The Red Snapper 2 ways is served in big portions. This dish comes with soup and soup base also the fried fish slices with veggie. Excuse my dug in already pictures.
Went to celebrate my dad and brother's birthday and we really enjoyed the food here. First time here and every dish was prepared well. Safety protocols was in place and we felt safe and comfortable eating here. Definitely try it out. They have a 6 person set menu for $168 and I think it was worth it. The service was attentive and friendly. Definitely will recommend to my friends and family. Thank you to all staff at Sea Fortune Restaurant!
