This has been my go to place for pho for over 2 years. Located on Kingsway, there is ample parking in the back and the front. The service is always top notch, we go so often they remember that I always want for extra extra limes 👌. I suggest trying an iced coffee or a pineapple smoothie, they use real fruit in their smoothies and their not too creamy. The broth of their soup is comforting and very flavourful. My absolute favorite item on their menu is their spring rolls, they come out piping hot and extra crunchy.
We Ordered The soup for a friend, and he was late so the lady said, is he still not here yet and we said not yet. so the lady insisted to take the food back and make another bowl so it would have been fresh when he comes. the food was pricey but it was worth it.
I am Really Happy With the service!
My current go-to place for Vietnamese in Vancouver. Have been here multiple times and everything I've ordered has been excellent to date. The spring rolls are wrapped in rice paper (northern style) which means they come out extra crispy and (IMO) extra tasty. The bo bia (Phnom Penh) rice paper rolls are not commonly seen on menus, but these were as good as the ones I remember growing up with and having at home. The com tam is also one of the best ones I've had in Vancouver so far. The bot chien (pan fried rice cake) is ok, maybe a little oilier and with less rice cake than what I'm used to. Haven't had this elsewhere in Vancouver though, so can't compare it to other restaurants. One of my favourite Vietnamese dishes though, is banh hoi (pressed noodles) and the ones at Green Lemongrass are top notch. Yes they can be a bit of a hassle to wrap for the unacquainted, but I love how there's ample lettuce and herbs given to wrap up the banh hoi and succulent meat. Service has always been great here too. Definitely recommend.
