We normally do not respond to reviews as every customer is entitled to their own opinion and we value all of our customers feed back.

In this case we have made an exception, as it is not fair that a customer can log on two a website and attempt to tarnish the reputation of our business that our family has worked over 44 hard years to establish.

In response to "the upset customer".

Bryce, we did not forget to provide you with sauce. You left your sauce on our counter and rushed out like you always do. Our staff handle hundreds of orders a day with very few issues. You had a bad day that day and decided to take it out on my staff. If an issue does arise, we always do our best to compensate our customers in anyway we can. Many of our "loyal" customers can attest to this statement. In this case "the upset customer" called being extremely irate and verbally abusive. Still as a restaurant owner, who always puts the customer first, as irate and abusive as he was towards myself as well as my staff, i still went above and beyond and offered him something for compensation, although he LEFT HIS SAUCE ON OUR COUNTER. Our customers always come first, in the case of this rude irate "gentleman" who swears at young girls who work our counter for minimum wage, you do not come first and we DO NOT want customers like you frequenting our family establishment.

Bryce, please do not return, myself and my staff are tired of being abused by you at least once a month.
